  • Perfect place for a family vacation

"My family and I had a great stay here. The location can't be beat, just across the street from a fantastic beach. The kids also spent many hours in the pool. The whole complex felt very safe as well. Kihei is a great place to stay as well. Lots of great beaches and restaurants nearby, and centrally located for exploring the rest of the island. If—or when—we come back to Maui, we'll definitely be looking to see if this place is available!"

  • Perfect condo, walking distance to beautiful Kamaole Beach

"The condo is perfectly located; walking distance to Kamaole Beach and numerous activities. We took surfing lessons 5 minutes away and you have easy access (by car) to all the West coast beaches. The condo is spacious, clean and very well appointed; excellent for a couple. It was fantastic to have breakfast on the lanai with a nice view of the beautifully landscape grounds. We used the BBQ (common areas) almost every night, you never have to wait since there are several BBQ areas with multiple stations. It is centrally located, so it is even fairly easy to come back to the condo for lunch. I would recommend without hesitation, the condo is modern, nicely decorated and the resort is kept in very good shape. Enjoy Maui!"

  • Best family vacation EVER! Exceptional condo, really clean & beautiful!

"I'll begin by saying that we strategically chose two places on Maui to stay in order to have two different experiences. First five days at a cottage in Haiku provided the off-the-beaten path experience we were seeking. Then we moved to Kihei and couldn't have been more pleased with our condo choice. We were just flabbergasted at how well cared for and clean this condo and overall property was. We felt like we won the jackpot! This unit is absolutely centrally located to pool and courtyard amenities. The grounds were well groomed, and just a short walk to the beach each night across Kihei street right in front of Kamaole Sands. Our week was spent doing a lot of sightseeing all around Maui and we looked forward to our time back at the condo for relaxation. Finding a grocery store was no problem. Upon check-in, Kamaole Sands gave us the local grocery chain membership card to get the better pricing. It was the right sized store that had everything we needed. I couldn't believe that we got to cook in that kitchen for a week. It was lovely. Albeit a little small compared to back home, but clean and effective. Supplies were available both in the refrigerator (butter, jelly, peanut butter, sugar, etc) and cupboard (oil, spices, flour) so that we didn't have to buy absolutely everything at the store. SO helpful! Families of any size would love it here. Our unit slept our family of 5 comfortably, and had the best pull-out couch EVER! The kids usually don't fight over that one, but this time they did. Traveling with 2 teens and 1 ten yr old. Cannot say enough great things about condo! Wish we could return annually. I would pick this one each time... Since this is a review - I have to add the downside to condo living. Kids were asked NOT to kick a soccer ball around on the lawn (open grass) portion of the property, and the pool rules were pretty strict."
