  • Wonderful condo

"We stayed for a week with our three young adult children in this condo. It fit our needs perfectly. The price was right, the grounds were beautiful and well-kept, and the interior was spacious and clean. It was also quiet, and we could park close to the front door but with no traffic noise. It was pretty warm and humid during our time there, and so we liked having the option of air-conditioning. The kitchen had all the things we needed, including a dishwasher. Since five of us ate in for breakfast and a few dinners, we appreciated that! The main lanai has a lovely outlook onto the grounds, just as it looks in the photo in this listing - great for sitting with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. We used the smaller pool close by a couple of times as well as the spa. It was really nice to have all the beach equipment available to us - umbrella, chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, two small coolers - and we used some or all of them every day of our stay. We walked to the closest beach (Kamaole III) a couple of times and could have (but didn't) walk to some restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive to all of our inquiries. As far as recommendations, Po'olenalena Beach was great for boogie-boarding (good surf after the hurricane); Maluaka Beach for snorkeling and swimming with giant turtles; zip-lining through Flyin Hawaiian, which was really fun though really expensive; waterfall hike out on the Hana Highway (listed under "Adventures" in Maui Revealed); the top of Haleakala just to walk around and gawk. We ate at and recommend Cafe O'Lei, Roasted Chilies, Cheeseburger in Paradise in Lahaina, a flatbread pizza place in Pa'ia."

  • Great Central Location on the island & within the Complex

"Kihei is a great central location on the island; lots of amenities walkable nearby from Kameole Sands Complex; right across from a great beach Kameole 3; the condo is in perfect location within the complex, with pool view, away from noisy street; Pool area closes at 10pm sharp, so very quiet after that time; The lanai is quite private in Bldg. 5; other decks in other buildings not so much because of the 'offset' style and how the condos are 'stepped' (look at the online pictures of the resort and you will see what i mean). The condo provided all that we needed with regard to linens and kitchens things as we cooked most of the time. Umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and beach towels all provided which was really convenient. The air conditioner is a unit in the wall attached to the living room, vented outside to the lanai. Keeps the main area cool. There are 2 full bathrooms, one is an ensuite, and washer and dryer in the unit. The bed in the bedroom is a queen and the sofa pulls out as well . The lanai has a table and chairs for 4 people. This is an end unit which is nice for privacy, and more light. The owners were quick to reply with a minor issue, and great value for what we paid per night. We had a great stay! Miss it already...."

  • Summer in "Paradise"

"Just returned from another wonderful stay in this lovely condo. It never seems long enough even though we stay several weeks. The location is perfect and we don't run out of fun things to do and new restaurants to try. Our grandsons became certified PADI divers this year, getting training through B & B Dive shop in Kihei. They are a favorite with my husband and now with the boys. It is a pleasure working with the owner, Laurel. Both she and Carol go out of their way To make our vacation a pleasure.. We hope to return soon."

  • Family enjoyed great week in Maui

"Our family of 7 adults and 2 teens had a wonderful week in Kihei staying at Maui Meadows Guesthouse. The accommodations were perfect for us. The adults especially appreciated having a full bathroom in each bedroom. We spent mornings at nearby beaches and afternoons is the great swimming pool and hot tub. We had many a good ping-pong game at the house. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay while in Maui and the owner has done a tremendously good job preparing the grounds & pool, and is only a text away if any problems arise."
