  • Perfectly located - great place

"This Is a pretty solid vacation rental. We were two couples in our early 30s from NYC and LA traveling together. Location - can't beat it. A block from the beach. Close to everything but not too touristy. 45 minutes to Lahaina and Hana. Apartment - comfy beds and living area. Well stocked kitchen. Everything works well. Bedrooms are close together. Master bed does not have a door to the bathroom which is a little awkward. Roof deck with hot tub is great though we didn't use it a lot since the beach was so close. Perfect for parents with one or two kids. Perfect for a couple or two couple who are close friends."

  • Welcome Home!

"Spent 5 nights in this unit. Best location! Even though the temperature flirted with 90 degrees in the daytime, there was absolutely no need to run the air conditioner even though there was one. This unit is breezy and beautiful. John stayed in contact with me from the time of booking up until our arrival, answering questions I had with very thorough responses. There were even fresh flowers left on our first full day. Just added a touch of comfort and care to an amazing experience. This was a great find and I would definitely love to stay here again!"

  • Stunning view and perfect location!

"This condo exceeded our expectations all around. It was clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we could possibly need-including sunscreen and after-aloe! Every aspect of this unit was gorgeous, from the choice of tile to the linens to the furniture; it was truly spectacular. Our favorite part about the unit was its proximity to the pool. It's so nice being able to step out onto your lanai and drink coffee poolside (essentially). We had to use the Murphy bed one night due to my husband's vicious sunburn and even that bed was so inviting. The location couldn't be more perfect for us. The private beach across the street was closer than we imagined and the quiet little shops next door were so convenient and welcoming. I'm already missing the bar/restaurants that are next door. We made 808 bistro our everyday breakfast stop and ended up grabbing drinks every night at Moose Mcgillycuddy's. The Mexican food at Fred's is to die for. Of course we made the pricey trek out to Mama's Fish House at the beginning of Hana Hwy and it was worth every penny-the food and the views. All in all, we can't WAIT to go back and I'm missing it already. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!"

  • Spectacular Sunsets and a whole lot more.

"Just returned after spending the month of January 2016 at the Koa Lagoon. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to make us comfortable for the month. The unit has a large lanai with a spectacular view, the sunsets every night were special and you can see whales from the lanai too(bring a good pair of binoculars). There is a nice beach in front of the building a short walk across a lawn which we would walk every. The grounds at the Kao Lagoon are well maintained and the pool area is never crowded. Kihea is the perfect location to be in Maui close to everything and a good starting point to discover this island. Overall the Koa Lagoon has everything you need and is a very good value for that perfect vacation in paradise."
