"The unit was better than advertised, lots of extras not included in list (left by previous guest). The unit is exactly like the pics, no surprises. Wednesday Mai Tai Pool party was a lot of fun. Right across street from Kamaole beach 3 (our favorite) and close to restaurants (Kihei Cafe a must) and Ulua beach is great for snorkeling. 4th floor lanai has a partial ocean view that we enjoyed everyday. Elevator makes room access very easy. Would recommend to family and friends, will not be disappointed. Steve was excellent to deal with and always was quick to respond. Also a great location on island to do excursions."

"We were a group of six, grandparents, 90 years young, my husband and myself and our two teenage sons. Hale Kameole is at the far south end of Kihei and is very quiet. The condo was perfect for our stay, the seniors on the main floor and the rest of us upstairs. There is an elevator, so no problem with stairs. The teenagers enjoyed their loft space and I liked that it was out of sight so I didn't have to see their messy room. The condo was very well stocked with all the necessities and more. The fridge had jam, butter, mustard and other condiments left from previous guests, which was great not having to buy all those extras. The closet on the lanai has everything you need for the beach. Our boys loved using the boogie boards and flippers(we had brought our own masks and snorkels). There is an info book in the suite put together by Janet and Dennis that is very helpful for choosing restaurants, beaches, etc. and the information is spot on. We swam with turtles every day. Snorkeling was fantastic and the beach just across the street wasn't crowded, even though it was spring break, and great fish sightings just to the south of Kam 3. We would grab a beach chair and a glass of wine and walk across the street to take in the sunset. The people we met at Hale Kameole were all so friendly, a few were retirees who spend months there. One of the highlights was the conch band at sunset....a memorable happy time was had by all."

"We have stayed at Nani Kai Hale six times since 1985. This was the first time we stayed in an ocean front unit. 309 was perfect. The view from the lanai was amazing. The design of his unit makes the most use of the space available. I highly recommend Nani Kai Hale and I will be staying in this unit again. Thank you!"

  • Beautiful Condo

"What a wonderful property! The location is perfect and the unit itself couldn't be in a better spot within the building. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai or out on the beach just below. The unit was clean and very well maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay. Booking with Lisa was so easy and we can't wait to go back!"
