  • Wonderful property

"Amazing location. Literally step out of condo in bare feet and swimsuit and be right on the beach. Only one crowded beach day - rest of the week unbelievably quiet which I suspect is because only couple of resorts beside mana kai. Long strip of beautiful houses down the beach (maybe a mile?) until wailea resorts start. Swam with turtles right beside rocks near condo and saw tons of whales while sitting on balcony or beach. Condo unit nice and clean. Issue with front door lock not locking when we arrived. Called Yasmine who had someone out within the hour to take care of it. Quick drive (minutes) to restaurants/grocery store and 15 minute walk to restaurants in town. Great restaurant on site as well. Overall wonderful vacation. Hope to come back one day."

  • Paradise for Our Family of 4 - Wonderful Unit

"We loved staying in this spacious ground level unit at a wonderful complex. Phil and Susie's condo was perfect for our family of four. The king size bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable. And the second bedroom (Den) was perfect for our boys (10 & 12) to share. We ate dinner outside several nights enjoying the patio garden area and view. The unit is located near the lovely tropical pool and hot tub on the condo grounds which we enjoyed daily. We also could have walked to Kam III beach (great for morning snorkels with sea turtles and afternoon boogie board sessions), but preferred to drive so we could access our boogie boards, chairs, towels and snorkel gear easily and drive home after a wonderful day a the beach. We were also close to other snorkeling beaches Ulua was great (5 min drive from condo and saw a shark and ray). We enjoyed walking to many restaurants when we didn't cook in. Our whole family can't wait to return to Maui and Phil and Susie's unit! Thank you for helping to make it such a wonderful family vacation!"

  • Simply perfect - in every way

"This was our first experience renting a condo for vacation and we couldn't have made a better choice. Having only stayed at hotels and resorts in the past, we weren't sure what to expect. We wondered if being in a condo might take some of the luster off our vacation. You know what I mean: not getting that special service and 'guest-y' feeling you can experience at the right resorts and hotels, or the rather hum-drum feeling that you're kind of a resident and not really on vacation. Nothing could be further from the truth. Kim was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had promptly. Anything we didn't think to ask (and really, anything we needed to know) was covered in an email a week or so before we went. Kim and Todd have made this just about as easy as it can be. And if something comes up while you're there, they've got that covered as well. The resort has a staffed office (nice folks) and there's also a local contact. The condo itself is everything advertised and then some. The floors are stone which stays nice and cool - no dank carpet smells. The kitchen is very modern and exactly right. The ceiling fans are a really nice touch. The bedroom is able to be closed off so you aren't waking somebody when you're up at 2:00 AM every night (darn time zones!). The lanai is...perfect. Ma'alaea bay is literally yards away. The condo is very conveniently located to parking with no steps to climb. Sugar beach is located in a nice spot and fairly convenient to most anywhere on the island. The beach is great for walking, and we logged some miles on it daily! Overall, it's a very quiet and relaxing property, and we really hope to come back!"
