"This condo has all the comforts of home. 2 king beds with comfortable mattresses and good quality linens. King size pillows too. Plenty of Good quality beach towels so no need to pack those. Everything was super clean.
Kitchen has few extras you don't usually get in condos: coffee filters, trash bags, dish soap, cleaning products like sponge, scrub brush and disinfectant, small assortment of spices. Pat even left us a nice welcome basket with some coffee and snacks.
Pool is super close to condo, but not close enough that you're hearing pool noise. Nice gas grills at pool. Beautiful bird music in the mornings. Lanai is quiet and private, overlooking a wooded area rather than a public area in condo.
Short drive to several wonderful Wailea beaches. If you haven't been to Maui, Wailea is definitely the place to go. Beaches here are beautiful and much less crowded than Kihei and Kaanapali. Our favorites were Palauea, Keawakapu and Wailea beaches, all of which are a 5 min drive from this condo. (The beach time was best in the mornings as the trade winds tended to pick up in the afternoon, so get an early start.)
We totally enjoyed our weeklong stay here w 2 adults and 3 kids. Kept food costs down by making a Costco run and eating most meals in the condo. Washer/dryer worked great which cuts down on the amount you need to pack. Safeway in Kihei was a short drive and convenient to restock; however, there is an upscale gourmet type grocery right across the street for quick trips. The deli there was great for prepared food, poke, etc.
Pat has everything you need here. She was super easy to work with negotiating the rental, and quick to answer any questions we had. I would definitely rent here again or recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Maui.
Thanks, Pat, for a wonderful getaway!"
