  • look no further - this is the BEST

"As advertised, Cynthia's unit at Palms is fabulous. The complex is situated just south of Kihei with all its beaches and shopping, yet is super quiet with a view of the ocean and is close to the beautiful Wailea beaches. #1305 is in the first cluster immediately after entering the condo complex with a reserved parking spot right in front.. The ground level 2-bdrm. unit is huge and the patio so spacious! The warm pool (immaculate) is steps away and lush gardens surround the patio for privacy. pros: well-maintained grounds, unit is well-appointed with numerous upgrades and maintained by a very responsive on-island contact (Mike), strict pool rules ensure an enjoyable time for everyone, excellent AC system throughout, superior quality beds and linens, high-end furnishings, plentiful and quality dishware, kitchen is stocked with spices, food storage containers and more, the washer/dryer are large capacity, no problems with wi-fi and satellite TV tip: no cleaning fee for stays of 5+ days This condo definitely shows pride of ownership and is a gem. Cynthia was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent check-in information."

  • Very nice condo!

"We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The condo is big and very nice with an awesome lanai. This condo served us excellently and the only thing I was slightly disappointed about was how long of a walk it was to the beach. We ended up driving most of the time since it was quite a walk and we usually wanted to bring a collection of things with us."

  • Affordable and beautiful place!

"The booking and renting experience was easy - well-organized and no issues whatsoever. The pictures of the unit and location are accurate. The exception is that the map link on VRBO to show location of complex is not accurate. Pluses: Affordable - across the street beach side you can expect to double the price. Nice location - easy to hop over to Ulua Beach and do the ocean front 1 mile walk. Easy to jump on the Pilani Highway. Everything is only minutes away by car. View - very nice ocean view from the living room. Well-appointed kitchen. Minuses: A few ants - but hey it's the tropics. Put your stuff in the refrigerator and you're fine. 2nd bedroom gets pretty hot in the morning as the sun comes up - the AC not as strong in there. This is partially an Outrigger owned complex and private owned. The desk caters only to Outrigger people - so if you need something printed you need to go over to the Marriott business center for example. No reclining lounge chairs on the lanai."

  • Just what we needed

"Ekahi Village was the perfect stay for our family with small children. The pool was a short walk but pleasant walk from our unit with convenient access to the beach. A little uphill on the way back, but easy to do. The gardens are beautiful! Out unit was clean with a well equipped kitchen and overall exactly as listed. The dining and living area is carpeted which is a bit worrisome with messy eaters. Luckily the the lanai also has a dining area and we preferred to eat outside. Helen (the owner) responded promptly to emails and accommodated us on a late check out and also recommended a company to rent a baby crib and high chair from. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives!"
