  • Stunning Property in a great location

"This is an amazing condo with great amenities. Everything a family of 4 needs for a great time in Maui. Beach chairs, coolers, etc. Large Lanai, great kitchen, Grill. Only downside is it's by a busy road and you can hear road noise in the morning. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

  • Beautiful condo

"Really nice condo. Great for two couples or a family. Lots of amenities provided, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling, beach chairs, etc. Lovely view, great location, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. One drawback is it is on a main drag and early morning traffic noise was distracting but certainly not enough to prevent us from staying here again. Very nicely furnished; the owners did not cheap out on comfort or quality. 5 star accommodation! The owner has been a pleasure to deal with."

  • Rental of Condo Unit 2305 Palms at Wailea

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a two week stay at this Condo Unit . It is a very quiet area away from all the traffic noise. The unit itself is dated compared to some of the other units we have stayed at but had all the amenities we needed and very clean . The rugs had been just cleaned. We had no problems with the unit . We certainly enjoyed all our meals on the patio it is quite large and enjoyable .We did our daily 6 mile walk along the hotel boardwalk and enjoyed the nearby beach and the on large on site pool later in the day . This would be our 5th stay at this complex , probably the best value for money in Wailea."

  • Truly the best ever vacation rental

"After booking this unit, we realized that we had stayed in the same unit during our last trip to Maui-10 years ago. Kudo's to the new owners for the fantastic job they have done in redecorating and equipping the unit. Beautifully decorated and without question the most thoughtfully and completely equipped unit we have ever stayed in. It was a bit embarrassing going thru the many kitchen storage areas and seeing implements and devices that I had no clue what they were used for. In addition, well supplied with all the little convenience items: extensive spice drawer, many condiments, some coffee, tea, etc. etc. All the play gear is available too...boogie boards, beach chairs, games--more than you could use. If it was my own home, i don't think i could have it better equipped. We enjoyed daily walks the length of the beachfront walk past the hotels (4.5 mile round trip), snorkeling at the beach right here and at other locations. Turtles were at the beach right here and some locations south of here. Our trip to Molokini started out in the rain but cleared up for some awesome snorkeling. Definitely worth doing! The complex was as nice as we recalled and was delightfully peaceful. We were here last for our 25th anniversary, this was our 35th....and we hope to return sooner than another 10 years. Keep up the great work Scott!"
