  • Maui Paradise

"We spent 10 nights with our son and girl frined in this deluxe condo. The view is spectacular and the apartment is beautifully decorated with many extra amenities. Great beaches with an abundance of wild life in front of the condo. Love the grounds and the condo is situated so that you can walk on the beach towards Kihea and Waliea. Great location to take day excursions to Hana, Lahaina and Haleakala. A true find. Will be back again."

  • Condo review

"This is the six or seventh time we have stayed at this condo in Maui because we feel it is perfect for our family. The location is great, very close to amazing beaches and walking distance to the Shops of Wailea. The condo is very well appointed with everything you need to make for a very comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable with great pillows and linens. The bathrooms and kitchen have been nicely updated. The carpeting has been recently replaced. The lanai is great to sit out and listen to all the birds in your own backyard jungle. The washer and dryer on the lanai are much appreciated to not lug home all kinds of dirty laundry. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and an umbrella are provided for your convenience. We can't say enough about how much we enjoy staying at our home away from home in Wailea. This condo has it all!"

  • Perfect accomodations

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this spacious condo. It was perfectly located, clean, and had all the necessities to make a stay perfect. We are beach lovers and the owners had available beach chairs, umbrella, etc. which made our stay so easy. Thank you so much."

"My family stayed at The Palms (Cynthia's Unit 1305) and it was a fabulous experience. As so many others have mentioned before, it was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable (including AC in every room), convenient (well-equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry which is perfect for families and allows for light packing - important given the extra baggage fees charged by most airlines these days). However, the thing my family appreciated most about this unit was the large, wrap-around lanai (accessible from wrap-around sliding doors off the beautifully-bright family room) which afforded us tropical, outdoor, poolside dining (such a treat for us Canadians who have to eat most of our meals inside). Eating our meals poolside on the beautiful lanai was so wonderful, that we actually opted to cook/BBQ the majority of our meals ourselves (even though my husband and I detest cooking), and this saved us a tremendous amount of money (given the cost of eating out). Another thing while on the topic of the poolside lanai - from our convenient vantage point, we could see when the pool was busy with people, when it was not busy, and when it was literally empty (we always grabbed our swim suits and headed for the pool - a 15 second walk - when we saw it empty, as this afforded us the luxury of having the entire pool to ourselves!). Our favourite memories - playing bridge w/ Nana on the lanai; late-afternoon lime marguaritas and tortilla chips w/ salsa on the lanai; my morning coffee on the lanai (with my big bowl of branflakes and blueberries); our family dinners on the lanai (with each family member taking a turn being the 'cook' for the night - lots of laughs as everyone in our party - except perhaps Nana - is a terrible cook). As for Maui itself, our favourite activities were 'the Old Lahaina Luau'; watching the surfers at Big Beach; playing in the waves on Polo Beach; driving to the Crater; seeing the Art Work at 'The Wailea Shops' and in the big hotels (e.g., The Grand Wailea); the snorkel trip with Blue Water Adventures to Molokini Crater; and just spending quality time together as a family. This condo gets 6 Stars from us - and we definitely hope to come back! Thanks so much Cynthia for renting to us.
