  • Our little piece of paradise

"If you are looking for fantastic views and relaxing location then this is the place. A short walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants this condo has all the amenities of a home away from home. This will most definitely become our "go to place" when in Maui. We will be back"

  • Ready to return!

"After spending a few days at a resort on Kaanapali Beach, we moved to this unit in Wailea for 5 nights. We found a clean, comfortable and large unit with a wonderful lanai. It is a corner unit so there are windows on 3 sides and no one above you. Parking was close so moving luggage and groceries in was no problem. Pool and BBQ were also close and convenient. The agent was very responsive and welcoming. Since Ulua Beach was so close, we went snorkeling almost every day after renting equipment from a local Snorkel Bob's. Being so close to the Shops at Wailea, the walking path and stores/restaurants also met our needs. Having a washer/dryer and beach chairs/boogie board/etc. was also a plus. We will definitely return the next time we are in Maui."

  • Views, views, views!

"Just spent a week in this unit- wished for a month! The basics- very clean, kitchen extremely well stocked, good appliances, bathrooms well stocked with towels (beach and bath), one bath with a jacuzzi tub, the other with a tiled shower. Furnishings comfortable and clean, beds very comfortable (including sofa bed). Tons of beach supplies- the boogie board and umbrellas ranking high on that list. Pool area clean and not crowded. There's a regular pool, wading pool and jacuzzi. Did not use them, but the BBQs were popular. Basic plastic table and chairs on the main lanai, which did not stop us for using them every day! The beach is fine for jogging, walking and enjoying sunsets. Plan on swimming and snorkeling elsewhere. Close to restaurants and shopping, but away from the busiest parts of Kihei and the unit is away from S. Kihei Rd. so is quiet. Loved the food at Paia Fish Market and the beer at Maui Brewing Co. Clean laundry rooms on each floor. Check in was easy and communication with the owner excellent. The perks? Direct ocean views from every room! The master bedroom has it's own lanai and I woke up to the most incredible views from the bed every morning. The second bedroom also has a big window and the slider allows views from the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Ok, the bathrooms don't have a view- you'll have to deal ;). We loved it and will stay again on our next visit!"

  • It doesn't get any better in Paradise

"This our 4th time in this unit and it doesn't disappoint. Again, Kim was exceptional in getting us booked painlessly and taking care of everything. It's beginning to feel like our second home! Can't wait for the next trip!"
