  • A return to Haleakala Princess is definitely in our future

"What can I say about Haleakala Princess without gushing?! This was truly the most wonderful place I have ever stayed and would (and have) recommend it to everyone. We are a blended family and took the three girls (aged 13-22) and one boy (25) on our first family vacation together and this couldn't have been better. The view down the side of the mountain was truly spectacular and the sight of the two rainbows crossing into each other one morning will never be forgotten. We live on an island but I am originally from Wales, and the perfect blend of island and mountain views in one place is stunning and heart warming. The property....wow! Fantastic modern décor inside the house with giant windows and sliding glass doors made particularly to enjoy the incredible view. We loved that the master bedroom was on the other side of the house on its own, which gave us a modicum of privacy from the kids...when they weren't using the favourited shower in the master bath...and the beds...well I cant speak for the kids' beds but the master bed; I had been suffering with an injured back for several months before our vacation and had been having trouble sleeping without pain. The master bed certainly assisted in the recovery of this pain....ahhhh such good nights' sleeps. The kids very much loved sitting out at the fire pit or in the hot tub in the evenings and they most definitely bonded a little more chatting out there each night. The owner has created a gated, peaceful oasis with such wonderful, enviable landscaping (definitely gave us some ideas on landscaping for our own property here in Cayman), we even found a very friendly chameleon, whom we christened Jorge :) The location was ideal for us also; high up in the mountains so we had cool morning air and a great jumping off spot for our sightseeing; the road to Hana....the whole way around!, the Lahaina Luau, surfing in Kihei and of course Haleakala Crater.... where we (surprise to me!! :)) became engaged. Cathy and Melody are an absolute joy to work with and could answer all of our questions and relieve any worries we had in trying to make this a great holiday for the kids to remember as their first all together, making suggestions along the way as well. They are a one-stop-shop making it all such an easy process; car rental, tour ideas and we can't leave out Mallory who even did some grocery shopping for us so that after a 12 hour journey we only needed to settle in and relax. Thank you so much ladies!!"

  • Camping Equipment Rental

"I first contacted Heather to rent one of her camper vans. Unfortunately, they were all booked but she offered to set us up with all the equipment we would need to camp; and she totally delivered! We had everything we needed and it was all quality equipment and brand new. She also gave us a lot of good tips and we had a great time! I highly recommend seeing Maui from a tent and renting from Camp in Style!"

  • Fresh updated placed where you can get away from it all!

"We stayed in unit 105 which is a studio. The room was clean and the ocean view was gorgeous, even with another unit down the hill. We could still hear the waves. The only downfall was no A/C. Which wasn't an issue in March as we kept the lanai doors open (great privacy screens) and used the provided fan. There is no cell service (AT&T), but decent wifi was provided. And no TV. Which was perfect! Hana has so much to do and it was wonderful to literally get away from it all!"
