  • Charming Cottage in the Heart of Paia

"Such a sweet cottage in the heart of Paia. A perfect spot to explore the island from. While it's not direct beachfront (it's situated behind the main house) it's got gated access to the backyard and a few short steps take you to the gorgeous beach. Spent my mornings surfing here and loved every second. The cottage is clean and well maintained, had lots of towels, shampoo & conditioner, lovely kitchen, etc. Lena was incredible to deal with and always quick to respond. No complaints on my end - would happily stay here again!"

  • Great location, beautifully well maintained with friendly owners.

"Had a great stay here. Dave is a great host and the property is well maintained and appears to be getting updates regularly. Short and easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach in Pai'a. Great location to head to Hana or Upcountry. Island Fresh Cafe is a great breakfast stop and is just a very short walk up the block. My wife would absolutely stay here again next time we visit Maui."

  • Great location, well appointed, comfortable, home

"I stayed her with my husband, 4-year-old son, brother and sister-in-law and their 8-year-old son. We chose this home for its location, price, and bedroom arrangement. The place was perfect for us! We felt we got exactly what we expected and wanted. Paia is a cute town with lots of restaurants, coffee available as early as 530am, grocery store, ice cream and shave ice, and gift shops. Local beaches are great - our favourite here was the one nearest the youth centre. With a car available, if it was cloudy/windy/rainy on the north shore, the south shore beaches were a quick drive away and usually promised warmer sunny skies. Lots to do and see. A great playground for the kids ~10 drive away. Our favorite restaurant was the Hali'imaile General Store. The house itself was well accessorized, clean, modern, convenient... perfect. Small kitchen but well stocked with cooking needs and dishwasher. Clean BBQ. Laundry. Towels, beach towels, bed linens supplied. Two bathrooms with showers. Two of the three bedrooms have local AC units - so a third in the last bedroom would be beneficial for the hotter nights. Beds comfy! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for this type of place ie not a "luxury hotel" but a comfortable place to call home for your holiday!"

  • Perfect Maui vacation

"The location so perfectly appointed, right in but still in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle bustle of Paia. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shopping. The owners are incredibly helpful and overall made for an unforgettable vacation experience."
