  • Hemolele (ie 'perfect')

"We loved every minute of our stay at Entabeni. The online photos perfectly portray it-- it was cozy and charming and immaculate. It's an undeniably special place and was the perfect spot for us to start our Maui vacation. We loved staying in Hana for the first part of our trip as it's difficult not to relax here and get into the aloha spirit. It's just a very short drive to the town of Hana-- on the way there is the incredibly delicious organic coconut milk ice cream spot- Coconut Glen's... and the amazing black sand beach. Hana itself is so quaint- we loved exploring and stopped into a few shops- the General Store and the Art Gallery were our favorites. We had some delicious Thai Food at one of several food trailers.... we also loved Hamoa Beach. We did have a good deal of rain-- it authenticated our rain forest experience though and I thoroughly enjoyed my walk through the incredible gardens and grounds in the rain. It is how I imagine the Garden of Eden may have been... or what Heaven will be like. Yes, it was that amazing. The vegetables and eggs were a nice touch and so delicious. Terry.... well she was amazing. Michael was traveling on business so we didn't get to meet him. She is kind and considerate and I really didn't want to leave. I want to be clear that she was only around if you wanted her to be- the cottage is quite private. On the day we were leaving, we had the chance to really visit and get to know her better- and honestly we were sad to leave. We had more in common than I ever dreamed.... :) We hope to go back someday-- soon! Mahalo!"

"I can start saying that this is by far the best vacation I had so far, Maui it's magnificent.. (and I'm from Florida, I thought i was living in paradise, lol) the place it's in a very convenient place if you're planing on exploring Maui, it's 30 to 40 minutes from every single important place. lahaina, route to hana, north side, south side, hakaleala volcano, beaches... etc. you're close to everything. the place it's very well decorated, it's a mixes neighborhood, from fancy houses to old houses and everything in between, stunning view, many amenities, music, TV, movies... kitchen it's well equip. we visited every single corner of the island and this house was the perfect base for us to come back, relax and recharge. I have to thank the host for being so professional."

  • Beautiful Home

"The pictures are very accurate of this beautiful country home. Kili provided the home with a abundant amount of food for all 6 of us. Bath towels and beach towels very well stocked. We got into the Aloha spirt by picking plumerias to make Leis. Loved it! We loved our stay here!!"

  • Lovely setting,

"Had everything we needed. The owners pets are wonderful and the family is very nice and helpful. I loved the screened in kitchen and you feel like your in the jungle. The rest of the reviews are right, the bakery is top notch. Stay here and be away from the rush and just relax."
