  • So far, the best time I ever had... great vacation.. great place to stay.

"I can start saying that this is by far the best vacation I had so far, Maui it's magnificent.. (and I'm from Florida, I thought i was living in paradise, lol) the place it's in a very convenient place if you're planing on exploring Maui, it's 30 to 40 minutes from every single important place. lahaina, route to hana, north side, south side, hakaleala volcano, beaches... etc. you're close to everything. the place it's very well decorated, it's a mixes neighborhood, from fancy houses to old houses and everything in between, stunning view, many amenities, music, TV, movies... kitchen it's well equip. we visited every single corner of the island and this house was the perfect base for us to come back, relax and recharge. I have to thank the host for being so professional."

  • Home-in-Maui

"We stayed in the studio apartment, with a beautiful lanai, great floral gardens, and welcoming hosts. We will definitely be going back to this peaceful oasis. The feeling of family cottage is my best description. Hawaii as it used to be. If you want to relax, breathe, and forget the great wild world, this is the place. The unit was clean, all little dated, and charming. The hosts welcoming and accomodating and helpful without intrusion. Location is upcountry, so restaurants and stores require a small drive, but a good map and willingness to explore will be rewarded by amazing vistas, friendly people, and a great time."

  • Beautiful cottage to relax and refresh. Perfect location, easily accessible. Ten minutes from Paia

"I'll begin by saying that we strategically chose two places on Maui to stay in order to have two different experiences. First- this beautiful, cozy, peaceful cottage right off the Road the Hana, near Haiku was a delight to find. We stayed 5 nights total before moving on. We followed the instructions perfectly from the owner's on how to find and access the cottage from the airport. All went seamlessly, which was good because it was a late arrival for our family after a full day of flying. We are a family of five, traveling with 2 teens and a ten yr. old. The first morning after arrival we read a note on the refrigerator left by owners giving recommendations to local groceries and stops. It was perfect, and we found the grocery store easily. Kitchen was well stocked with all that we would need at home. Also- a few refrigerator and cupboard staples were already present (sugar, spices, oil, butter, etc.) which was an incredible help. There was plenty of sleeping space for all of us. Super comfy beds. One bathroom meant that we had to rotate our showers, but that's fine by us. Towels galore, plenty of linens. Only had time to use the hot tub one time, but well-maintained and very clean area. Property had coconut and banana trees, and I am sure many others that I wouldn't know that names of. The owner even prepared two coconuts with straws for us to have a taste of coconut milk. Surprised and delighted... My personal favorite part of the cottage was having the windows open to allow the cross winds to blow through all night. At first, we were concerned about no A/C, but then as the Haiku spirit set in, we eased in to enjoying the natural setting. The Ualani Farm cottage was as described on the site. It was clean, well-maintained and cared for. We were so disappointed to have to leave our little cottage in Haiku to move to another side of the island. It provided us an experience that we will never forget on the country, more rain forest side of Maui. Until next time..."
