    "We had a wonderful time at your beautiful condo. Everything, including the view, was perfect. It was hard to leave to go do anything else on the island, because we just wanted to sit on the lanai and enjoy the view. This 3 bedroom spacious condo is located in a convenient area close to everything, including the walking trail which I used every morning. Thank you, Joe and Rhonda."

    "Well appointed suite was so comfortable and enjoyable to be in. Extra equipment such as the cooler, sun umbrella and beach chairs were very handy. It was wonderful to be able to open the windows fully with the sliding screens to keep out flies. Thank you also for the chocolates KBM! They were quite deliciousl."

  • Amazing First Time in Maui

    "Wow! First time in Maui for a family birthday. We rented the 2 BD 2 BTH enough room for 4 adults and 2 kids, Konea and had a partial ocean/mountain view. Favorite thing about the condo was the lanai, we had it open as long and as many times as we could. It was super quiet and very sound proof, you couldn't even hear the birds chirping in the morning until you opened the lanai. A few draw backs, but I would still stay again, are the following. The dryer vent to the building needs to be cleaned out. It took 4 hours to dry 2 towels. We where there 10 days and needed a mid week clean, change sheets and towels. We didn't ask for this, but I think it should be included in the $350 cleaning fee. It also needs some shelving in the laundry room or above the blank wall by the dishwasher, no room for dry goods because all the cabinets were taken. Drinks from Duke's restaurant by the pool were too expensive for what you got. $10 US for one drink that is maybe a 12oz cup and filled with ice, because it melts so fast is outrageous, people want value. We only had a drink at happy hour. Last day we had a midnight flight back home and we asked about a courtesy shower after being at the pool All day, they don't offer that! You cannot even use the Spa showers. Disappointed that you pay $600 per night and the place is first class, but don't offer anything like that. It would be nice. Great things were Steve at the management company. He was super helpful, friendly and informative. Great suggestions from him. Duke's restaurant was delicious and super convienent. Everything we had was fabulous, expensive though. Rental included a cooler, beach chairs and towels. That was very useful, we used daily. Overall we would return again and stay at Honua Kai. We really enjoyed our time there Lastly, we arrived late on a Thursday and the unit wasnt available, the rental company suggested we stay at the Courtyard Marriot by the airport and stop at Costco and Whole Foods before arriving. We did this and it was a fantastic suggestion. Saved money not getting to the condo at midnight and then had all our shopping done!!!!!"
