  • Excellent Accommodations

"My husband and I took my mom to Maui for her 60th birthday and this condo was the perfect place for the occasion! The resort had lots of activities for us to do on our down time including yoga classes, tennis, putting greens, cocktail mixer and more! The location was great and the view was spectacular. We loved sitting on the lanai for breakfast or in the evenings with wine. The condo was very well equipped with all the kitchenware we needed and cooking our own meals saved a lot of money. The furnishings and fixtures were all very nice and in good condition, so it was a very comfortable place to stay. The place is just as nice as it looks in the photos! I also can't say enough about how accommodating Yvonne is. She was extremely responsive to all messages and questions we had before the trip and she even gave us a lot of great tips and info on things to do and places to eat on Maui. If we are ever fortunate enough to come back to Maui, I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it to everyone. Thanks, Yvonne!"

  • Met All Our Expectations

"This well located condo served us well as we held our family reunion there. Each of the bedrooms were large and the bathrooms offered ample room. All the beds were comfortable to sleep in. Only the hide a bed proved to be a disappointment. The couple who slept on it found it uncomfortable. Probably a small child would have no issues. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need for basic cooking. The fridge was large and the stove easy to use. The best part was the view from the balcony. We spent most of our time while in the unit looking for whales on the water. We had fun trying to be the first to spot one breaching, blowing air or flapping their tails. The unit cam equipped with all the beach toys you will need. It was very quiet during the evening. The resort was well located to all that Kaanapali has to offer. I would say that it it's only minor flaw is the step down to the bathroom upstairs. Once you got used to it it was no big deal. I would suggest that you do not exceed 8 adults staying here. Christine was a joy to work with. The elevator right outside the unit made the 4th floor easy to get to."

  • We loved it!

"We have been to Maui many times, and L104 was my favorite accomodation yet. We are a family of four, with two teenagers, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location and view can't be beat. The ocean is just about 10 steps from the lanai door. It's amazing! At night, thanks to the louvered windows, you can lock the door, but enjoy the sound of the ocean. The condo itself is lovely. Everything is new and fresh, and it was spotless when we arrived. Also, they have provided just about everything you could need, including a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, flippers, etc., etc., In addition to loving the condo, we really liked the Papakea. When we weren't at Kapalua or Napili (10 minute drive), we were swimming in the pool, hot tubbing, playing tennis, or golf. We found this resort to be a nice mix of families, couples, etc... We are trying to figure out our schedules to return to L104 next year! You will love your time here..."
