  • Everyone was very nice and the facilities were nice and clean.

"Our family had a wonderful time there. I do feel that they could lighten up with some of the rules at the pool. Just a suggestion. However, we had a blast and really loved Amy's place. Thank you. The Woodward's"

  • Honeymooners

"Super pleased with this last minute find! The unit is well equipped (kitchen supplies, beach items, air conditioning) and has a great view overlooking the well maintained resort grounds as well as an ocean view. Loved being able to walk to nearby cafes and grocery stores! The resort staff are also very friendly! The owners, Leigh and Cathy, tastefully decorated this home away from home - very comfortable! Our little girl loved their pink ukulele so much we went and purchased one just like it to take home! :) Leigh and Cathy were great in responding promptly to enquiries. They sent a check-in message making sure we had settled in ok, and as we happened to experience a hurricane watch during our stay, they checked in with updates as needed. We'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!"

  • Perfect in every way!

"My family and I absolutely LOVED this unit and resort. We will be back! If you want to get away from the mega resorts and crowds, Papakea is your spot. The view from Valarie and Trent's corner, top-floor unit is unreal. If you've ever experienced a veranda room on a cruise ship, that's exactly what the view is like from their lanai. The ocean is right below you with picturesque views of the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai, and rainbows in between. We even spotted some turtles! Mornings on the lanai with fresh fruit from the farmer's market down the road, coffee in a tiki mug, tropical air, and trade winds can't be beat. The sunsets are gorgeous. As most of the guests make their way to the grassy area to take pictures as the sun sets, you'll be comfortably spoiled taking pictures from your private lanai high above everyone else. The unit has everything you need, including the most gracious owners. If you book, know I will be jealous. Aloha!"
