  • Very pleased

"We loved this condo. Location was perfect for us. it is not a large complex at all and was very quite during our stay. Master and living room balconies were great. Furnishings were nice. No AC was not a problem in mid June. Amy was very good to work with. The payment arrangements are a little different but it worked out perfectly fine. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Perfect Stay

"This was our first stay at My Maui Palace III. We couldn't have been happier with the condo as well as the location. Each day we watched turtles swim in the ocean and sometimes dock themselves on the private beach to get some R&R. Countless rainbows from the lanai. Walking distance to several shops and about 3/4 mile drive to a grocery store. The condo is nicely decorated with plenty of space and the kitchen is fully stocked. We would definitely recommend My Maui Palace III. Sam and George were wonderful to work with and sent an amazing list of things to do and see."

  • Perfect oceanfront condo, steps to food and shops

"Wow. My husband and I have stayed in a fair number of properties billed as oceanview or oceanfront. Is it possible to have too perfect of a view smack in front of the water where the waves are kinda loud because you're so close? We saw rainbows daily and sunset from the deck. This is an excellent rental and Nancy and Jeff have thought of all the touches renters might need to make their stays more pleasant, down to the boogie boards, beach cooler and kitchen essentials. Thanks also for the welcome pineapple and wine! We stayed here for four nights to celebrate our elder daughter's college graduation and were also accompanied by our teen-aged daughter. Nancy did warn us that space would be tight for four adults. It was a bit tight and it would have been ideal for two, but realistically we spent only a few waking hours daily in the condo since there was so much to do outside. Our daughters commandeered the bedroom and my husband and I slept on the living room pull-out couch. We were perfectly comfortable for the four nights. We fixed the pull-out couch every morning for more room to maneuver. My husband worked remotely during vacation and we were grateful for the strong wifi as he worked on his laptop and our daughters watched their favorite YouTube channels. I loved morning beach walks nearby and grabbing coffee at Bad Ass Coffee a block away. We stocked up with snacks at the supermarket within walking distance and the even closer ABC Store. Duke's for lunch nearby was also wonderful with the beach view. It can get warm inside without air conditioning but I understand as of now no units in the complex are allowed AC units. We kept the two fans on and the floor to ceiling sliders partially open at night and were fine sleeping. The kitchen is a perfect size for light cooking but we realized at the end of the stay we'd forgotten to use it because of all the nearby food choices including for breakfast! (Not too ashamed to admit we drove a few minutes for McDonald's breakfast takeout on our last day and enjoyed our meal on the deck staring at the water and palm trees.) Thanks to Nancy and Jeff for being two gracious hosts."

  • Amazing view!

"Spent a week here with my husband and another couple. The views are incredible! Watched sea turtles swim by all day from the balcony and from the grass area above the water. Even swam with them! The condo is very comfy, with everything we needed. Listening to the waves all day and night was so wonderful. Amy was great to work with. She took great care of us, and even brought a fan by, when the back bedroom was warm. ( perhaps would be a great addition just to have there).. The property is within walking distance of small shops, great fish tacos at the fish market, a little coffee shop and a natural market. We went into Lahaina for dinner several nights, but our favorites were Penne Pasta where they offer great gluten free options, (Juan the owner was awesome), and Fleetwoods on the roof for sunset! We will be returning for whale season for sure!"
