  • Home away from home

"My husband and I had a wonderful time in our home away from home experience. The condo was just recently remodeled and was so beautiful and well appointed. The pillows and sheets were luxurious. Will be going back for more."

  • Wonderful place to stay

"The property was everything that was shown. The views were great. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc. We have been to Maui several times over the years and have not stayed in a condo as nice as this one. There was easy access to the beach, swimming pools and restaurants, yet it was far enough away from all of the activity at Whaler's Village to make it seem much more private."

  • Great updated condo!

"Really fun enjoyable condo. They have updated the inside really well. We did have some micro ants in the kitchen along with a couple other bugs. Nothing terrible. The view is INCREDIBLE!! Overlooking a Golf course next to the beach. You are a 5 minute walk from one of the best beaches on this side of the island, "black rock beach" we saw turtles every time we snorkeled here. One day we saw 5 3 smaller ones and 2 extremely large turtles. You are a short walk to whalers village or an even shorter drive. About a block or two. Lots of high end shops, ABC store lots of food choices etc. overall a great stay."

  • Beautiful Resort would visit again!

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Honua Kai. Beautiful resort with plenty of activities. Had a nice fitness center with a beautiful jogging trail along the ocean. Duke's which is the resort restaurant was a great place to eat. The resort has numerous pools. Some more family oriented and some geared towards keeping a peaceful atmosphere. The resort is good for newlyweds, families, couples. The room was beautiful and very well stocked. We stayed 6 days and didn't have any issues and had plenty of stock. Free parking is a plus. We were created right when we arrived at the resort and shown our room. The only real issue is the view but it was stated clearly that we would have a view of construction and the room rate reflected that. Even though there was construction we slept peacefully and didn't really notice the construction until we went outside. The good thing about the resort and Maui in general is there is so much to do you really don't spend much time in the room anyways. We would definitely stay here again and are actually looking at doing an extended family trip sometime next year."
