  • Perfect vacation

"We had an amazing family vacation on Maui and the condo was the icing on the cake! Not only was the location excellent but the condo itself was perfect. There were a total of 6 adults plus one toddler and the condo size was perfect. All the beds are comfortable and the condo is equipped with beach towels, beach toys, a port a crib and highchair make it perfect for our family. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently updated and look great. Upon arrival I was a bit concerned about the spiral staircase with the toddler, but found that with it being off to the side of the living area it was not an issue...even better than standard stairs. There is a putting green which my husband loved and the pool is perfect...they even had hula lessons and served mai tai's...yummy!. Overall we could not be more please and look forward to going back soon!"

"This was the second year we stayed at condo 108. This year was no different then the last. Very comfortable condo with everything we could want. The staff were very personable and made our stay very comforting. Would recommend to anyone for a great vacation. Gary V"

  • Perfect for all occasions

"My wife and I just spent a wonderful week in Stans condo. I can't tell you enough how perfect this location is for a couple to get lost in the ocean, the view and each other! We spent hours watching whales in the morning and evening. The view is out of a movie at sunset. During the day we walked right down to the beach and snorkeled for hours. It's also a short drive to plenty of shopping areas(Whalers Village), golfing and snorkeling. The accommodations were perfect for cooking on the bbq, or the stove(although we did not use the stove). Plenty of pots, pans, cooler(s), and wine glasses which were both glass and plastic depending on the time of day :) I didn't expect fresh towels and fresh sheets each day going in, so when we had this service it was absolutely wonderful. While the maui kai does offer coffee in the morning, I loved my morning at Java Jazz just next to the condo. It's a short walk and wonderful coffee in the morning. We also went over to Java Jazz for happy hour and at night once for live music. It may not be for everyone, but we loved the atmosphere. Lastly, the we loved the location of the condo in terms of beaches and people. There was a good mix of locals, tourists and those who are transported locals(living there part time). It felt much more at home than the large luxury resorts. I couldn't recommend Stan or his condo enough, and we can't wait to go back. * I have seen people mention the walkway and people walking by. It really isn't an issue. People walk by but most do not even look up or if they do it's a smile or a nod and they move along. It certainly isn't a parade of people that would cause distractions or annoyance."

  • Lovely grounds

"The room was nice but a little dated. The view in this room is basically of the parking garage. The building and grounds are very nice. We did feel that we should have been advised that the main pool nearest our condo was under construction during the entire week and that there would be a power outage for several hours during one day of our stay."
