  • Awesome!

"Our stay reserved through Vacation Candy was fantastic. Without being able to see photographs of the place we were renting upon reservation, we did not know what to expect. The location, decor and amenities of our specific suite were perfect. The resort itself has the best pool complex on Kaanapali Beach (aside from the Hyatt which is overly exclusive)."

  • Comfortable home away from home!

"Our family has just returned from the spring break in Maui. We really enjoyed our staying at the unit – it was a comfortable home away from home! Everyone especially loved it so close to the pool yet without much poolside noise. I can see our kids having a blast in the pool from inside the house. The unit is tastefully decorated, well-kept, and very spacious. The newly updated kitchen is well equipped for us to make and enjoy home meals. It was a great place to relax after active beach days. It was also very conveniently located, within walking distance to Ka'anapali Beach beach, Black Rock, and Whalers Village (save the parking hassle in crowded mornings and pleasant stroll to shops and eateries in the evening time). Stacie was great to work with –quick responses, detail instructions, and sent us useful information for the trip. Would definitely recommend this condo."

  • Perfect in every way!

"My family and I absolutely LOVED this unit and resort. We will be back! If you want to get away from the mega resorts and crowds, Papakea is your spot. The view from Valarie and Trent's corner, top-floor unit is unreal. If you've ever experienced a veranda room on a cruise ship, that's exactly what the view is like from their lanai. The ocean is right below you with picturesque views of the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai, and rainbows in between. We even spotted some turtles! Mornings on the lanai with fresh fruit from the farmer's market down the road, coffee in a tiki mug, tropical air, and trade winds can't be beat. The sunsets are gorgeous. As most of the guests make their way to the grassy area to take pictures as the sun sets, you'll be comfortably spoiled taking pictures from your private lanai high above everyone else. The unit has everything you need, including the most gracious owners. If you book, know I will be jealous. Aloha!"

  • Annual Maui Vacation

"We have been renting this condo annually for 10+ years. The owners think of and supply everything needed (except of course your personal belongings) for a comfortable, relaxing stay on Maui. Conveniently located to: pool on the property, wonderful restaurants, shopping, golf and ocean access. Some years we don't even rent a car, we can walk, use public transportation and there is a free trolley for those just wanting to commute within the immediate Kaanapali Resort area. I highly recommend this property, especially if you want to really relax at the end of the day without being in a big overpriced, crowded resort. Mahalo to the owners. They really make your stay a memorable one."
