"Eldorado is wonderful. Location is perfect. Beach cabana is icing on the cake. Main pool construction ought be done soon-- but use ocean or other pools in meantime."

  • Beautiful views

"Awesome place to stay. The views will not disappoint! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Louis was great to work with from the minute we booked the room. The dryer did not work after we arrived. Louis responded immediately but unfortunately a part had to be ordered so we were unable to use it during our stay. Would highly recommend staying in this unit. Wish we could go back next week!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The grounds are nice and the pools are great! We were traveling with a family that had young children and between the waterslide and beaches they were entertained the entire time!!!"

  • Great place to stay in Ka'anapali

"Very nice and clean ground floor unit at Papakea. About a 10 minute drive to downtown Lahaina. I would recommend having a car regardless of where you stay on Maui, but there is at least one grocery store and other amenities within walking distance, however this location is a long drive from the airport. Napili Bay is a nice beach for families about a 10 minute drive away. The waves seemed smaller / safer for small children however the beach was busier than others we visited on the island. Walking along the shore south of the resort in front of the neighbouring resorts for about 5-10 minutes brought you to nice beaches as well. The waves were a bit bigger for the bigger kids in us all, and the beaches seemed less crowded, perhaps only because the beach was longer. Papakea itself didn't have anything in the way of a beach, but the pools and hot tubs were clean and the hot tubs very large, and there were beaches within walking distance. The room itself was exactly as advertised, and the kitchen had everything I needed for my stay... the blender for piña coladas and other blended beverages was thoughtful:)"
