  • Fantastic view

"Overall experience was great. Sandy was professional and easy to accommodate us. The best thing about this place is the exceptional view from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed; seasonings, oil, foil, condiments, butter, dressings, peanut butter, jam etc. (likely left from past guests but much appreciated). The condo is dated/older but clean. Comfortable place to stay and would recommend to others."

  • Excellent Property for Family

"Well kept and stocked condo in SOK. Grounds well maintained in great location. Paddle boards, canoes and coolers available for rent. Property was perfect for my family, kids had own queen beds and layout was spacious. Great views of water, sunset and beach volleyball courts. Cannot wait to visit again!"

  • More than we expected!

"What a nice property! Very clean and well maintained. The view from the deck is amazing. We were able to watch whales and dolphins while having our morning coffee. The condo is in a great location. We loved going to the Maui Brewing Company which is only a 3 minute walk. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities and very nice appliances. There were a couple of beach chairs in the closet that got lots of use. The owner checked on us a couple times to make sure things were going OK. We definitely will be heading back."

  • Reasonably priced and gorgeous

"This was our third stay in #117 and likely our last trip to the islands. If you don't mind being on the ocean, a few miles from beautiful beaches, this spot is for you! Beautiful sunsets and returning friendly residents/tourists make for a very pleasant stay. We love the short walks to the water's edge to take pictures of the turtles, whales (plentiful, in season), sunsets, and grilling! Much to enjoy. There are many restaurants, activities, shops, groceries, and beaches within 5 miles. Our favorite beach is Fleming which is shared by the Ritz in Kapalua. Our favorite restaurant is Maui Brewing, an easy 1/2 mile walk away -- food has been consistently wonderful there. Our favorite grocery is Foodland. Things have changed very little at the Mahina Surf over our stays at the Mahina Surf. This particular unit has gone through a couple of lovely upgrades. The grounds are very beautifully managed. You can almost watch the flowers grow, right outside on the patio! Sharon, the manager, has a friendly, professional ear whether listening to the excitement of your most recent adventure or providing sympathy when events are a little off kilter. These are things that travelers can appreciate and remember."
