  • You will not find a property more beautiful than this in Maui

"Now let's say this... this is my 4th time to Hawaii (second to Maui) and I have stayed at pretty upscale resorts. But Peter's house can give any of them a run for their money. The pictures do not do any justice to the house - they are a total understatement. The house is breathtakingly beautiful. It is extremely well maintained and is HUGE! It took us a good two days just to discover the house. You name it and Peter has it for you. Everything is extremely upscale - you can tell everything is handpicked with love. There are books, very very upscale kitchenware (and I mean really upscale), swim equipment, towels, bedding, fully-equipped kitchen... I mean not even once did we feel that anything was lacking. The house decor smacks of a very good taste. It is done so beautifully. Every nook and corner, including the bathrooms are done extremely well. Now let me get to my favorite part - the balcony! The glass doors overlook the balcony, that overlooks the ocean. I cannot even begin to describe the view. If I had my way, I would even sleep in the balcony. The swimming pool is just 100 feet away from the property, and offers excellent views too. The resort itself is very beautiful. You go past Ritz Carlton to get to the property. Peter himself is extremely responsive and a very warm hearted guy (the house has that energy too.) If you are going to Maui, you should not even think of staying anywhere else! Thanks Peter for a wonderful stay."

  • Relaxing retreat

"We planned this trip 10 months ago with the intent of staying in a highly amenitized 2 bedroom condo in Kapalua. We invited our daughter and son-in-law to join us on this well deserved vacation. I'm a big fan of vrbo and we typically make our lodging decisions based on feedback from previous occupants. Our decesion to select this Kapalua Villa was an easy choice. The owners of this property were delightful to work with prior to arrival. We arrived late in the evening and upon entering the condo we were blown away by the warm beauty of this unit. We chose to turn on all of the room air conditioning units during our first night. After opening all of the windows on day one we chose to spend the rest of our stay with the ac off while enjoying the sound of the surf and strong cool trade winds throughout the condo. The condo was well stocked with everything required to meet our, bathroom and beach chairs/ umbrellas. The furniture decor was 1st class-Asian themed cabinetry. Tv's and Internet in every room.Great for watching college football and a DVR for those of us who like to record and watch shows. By far the best room in this condo for us was the lanai. We spent most of our time out on the lanai enjoying the view of Molokai and the Pacific Ocean- morning, noon and night. We chose to eat most of our breakfast and lunches in the condo in addition to half of our dinners. We found that eating in was just as romantic as eating out. I'm a big user of VBRO and would highly recommend this unit."

  • Gorgeous condo

"We spent the entire month of July in the condo and felt home from day one. The brand new kitchen is very well appointed and has everything you could expect at home. The master bedroom was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. We always ate on the lanai to enjoy the views, which are more spectacular than the photos let imagine. The ocean is a few hundred yards away and every ripple and whitecap is visible. The blue ocean is framed by Cook pines and distant Moloka'i. The colors at sunrise and sunset are spectacular. The condo is a few steps and at the same level as the carport, which is way more comfortable than the upstairs and downstairs units, requiring stairs climbing. The location of the condo is great as it gives access within a few minutes to half a dozen of the most gorgeous beaches of Maui. The low density resort was for us a much better option than most of the crowded beach-side resorts, which can be found all the way down to Lahaina. Dave was very helpful and accommodating. All in all, this extended stay was a great experience and we can't wait to get back to Maui"
