  • Best ever stay on Maui

"This was a very pleasant surprise. We have been all over the island but have generally stayed in Kaanapali in the past. We decided to try something different this time and we are glad we did. The condo is in a great location with excellent restaurants and beaches without all the traffic and congestion of Kaanapali. But the best part was the panoramic ocean view from the lanai. Every morning we would sit out on the lanai and enjoy our breakfast and coffee along with the spectacular view. The unit was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. Reserved parking was just a few steps away and there were no extra charges or fees like some of the resorts we stayed at. Ridge Reality was very helpful and made the process very easy. I would have to say that this was one of the best experiences we have had on Maui."

  • For our HoneyMoom

"We stayed here in October 2014. It was a great experience. Nice quiet place on the golf course in beautiful Maui! We were married on DT Fleming beach, this place was a great price and perfect for us. The pictures don't do the bathroom justice!"

  • Peaceful and quiet

"We stayed at Betty's delightful condo in Kapalua for five days in early September. We're a family of three (2 adults, 1 small child). The queen-size pullout sofa bed in the living room was perfect for our child and gave us, and her, some necessary space at the end of our adventure-filled days. The condo was clean and well-kept. On our arrival day we had a minor issue with the dryer, which stopped working. But after contacting Betty that evening, a repair man came the very next day and fixed the problem. The dryer worked perfectly the rest of our stay. If you have small children, there's a box outside in the lanai full of children's beach toys. Our kid loved playing with them! There are also beach chairs you can borrow, as well as beach towels in the linen closet. All were very handy. In each bathroom, Betty provides all the necessary toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, lotion), which will last you around a week. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find every pot, pan, and kitchen utensil you need. Having said that, you'd be better off exploring this beautiful island and its wonderful restaurants if you're visiting for just a few days. Betty has prepared a black binder with very detailed and accurate information regarding the area facilities, beaches, and restaurants. The restaurant section is especially useful, since she's been to all the restaurants she recommends. The lanai off the living room has spectacular views to the magnificent golf course as well as the ocean, on the left. Also, an unexpected bonus - a pair of red-crested cardinals would visit each morning when we were having breakfast in the lanai. They weren't afraid and even tried chatting with us. I would recommend this property without hesitation. When we next travel to Maui we plan on staying here again."

  • Beautiful Villa, Perfect location, Amazing hosts!!

"Our stay at this Villa in Maui was the highlight of our Hawaii vacation! The location is perfect a very short walk to beautiful Oneloa beach and a small car hop or shuttle ride to several other beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed boogie & body surfing at Napili! Snorkeling in very nearby Honolua bay was amazing, the best snorkel spot we found between Maui and the Big Isle on our trip. The Villa was extremely well stocked, was wonderfully laid out, and was very private and relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained, we cooked a lot in the kitchen and it was very well stocked. In all the Villa worked perfectly for our family w/ young boys (9 - 13) and our parents. The back patio was so convenient for lounging and for hosing off & laying out the day's swim & snorkelwear.. Joan and Dennis truly put the experience over the top with their thoughtfulness and tons of great advice leading up to our stay. We can't thank them enough for really topping off the experience with their hospitality. THANK YOU!! BTW, just some tips -- the Honolua store down the street by the Ritz was surprisingly reasonable in price for food , souvenirs & necessities, I guess it is owned by ABC now so prices were very similar. Also "Mala" in Lahaina was excellent for dinner (high $ but great & interesting food and view)."
