  • Loved Aina Nalu

"My husband, our granddaughter and I spent a week at Aina Nalu in Lahaina. We have stayed in Lahaina several times and this was among our favorite stays. The condo was beautiful, equipped with everything we needed for meals "at home", plenty of towels, beach equipment, W&D. The grounds are so lovely, clean and beautifully maintained...the colored bamboo growing all over the property is spectacular! We could walk to town a block away for restaurants (Fleetwoods, Kimo's) galleries, the museum at the Banyan Tree and shopping...a short drive for groceries and a quick (maybe 5 minutes) walk to the uncrowded 505 beach off Front Street, heading south. The pools on the property are quiet and rarely crowded...we liked the small pool best. We usually try to be in Lahaina for Halloween...a very entertaining event. Unfortunately I waited too long to write this, so I don't remember the names of the restaurants, but there is a little Italian coffee shop and a great place for breakfast on a street that connects to Front St...maybe Baldwin. And of course a short drive to anywhere on the island for day trips. We will definitely stay here again!"

  • Great stay, spacious enough for 4 plus 2 kids.

"Great place to stay as its close to everything and "west is best" when it comes to Maui imo. One note: **PROTIP** Parking - the free parking on the street is the way to go, or the parking lot across the street which is WAY less then 20 a night at the place. If you move your car by 730pm or so and park across the street in the lot there is no lot attendant and if you move by 8am the next morning you can even park in the lot free."

  • First time, but definitely not our last

"We stayed in I109 and loved it. The condo is clean, in excellent condition and exceptionally well maintained. There are 2 swimming pools and the grounds are immaculate, with gardeners always working to maintain their beauty. Staying here was like being at home and did not have the feel of being in a hotel. With a well stocked kitchen we were able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast every morning. For lunch and dinner at times we ate in and at others times we ate out. Front St. is a leisurely 10 minute walk with lots of restaurants. The convenience of a washer and dryer in the condo was an added extra. The condo comes with beach chairs, umbrellas and a small cooler you can take to the beach. Needless to say we made great use of these items. A car is recommended if you want to explore Maui. Easy pick-up and return at the airport. If you can find parking on the street it is free. It is $20 per night to park on the condo grounds, a little less expensive to park in the lot across the street. Because of our circumstances, we opted to pay the $20 and park on the grounds. Even with no car, Front St. and many, many restaurants and shops are a short walk away. As recommended, by everyone we talked with, a stop at Costco and Walmart for provisions when you leave the airport is a must. Take your own bag into Walmart or you will be charged for a Walmart bag, as they do not provide free bags. Would we stay again? In a heartbeat! Looking forward to our next trip to Maui. Thank you very much, Rick and Lance. Or should we say: Mahalo nui loa, Rick and Lance"

  • Beautiful well kept and extremely comfortable condo. Great value for your money.

"We spent almost a week in Rick and Lance's beautiful condo. Highly reccomends staying there. Comfortable furniture great comfy beds. A/C works great . Well stocked with dishes towels etc. Beautiful place close to tons of shopping restaurants etc. My mom sister and I enjoyed staying here. Much roomier than a hotel. Beautifully kept grounds a great place to stay. Only suggestion would be to include a step stool for kitchen so short people can reach cupboards easier. Unit was freshly cleaned when we arrived and we tried to leave it as neat as possible. Thanks from Sandy , Ethel and Suzanne"
