  • Absolutely Perfect!

"This condo is beautifully decorated and is across the street from Napili Bay (which I loooooooooooved). The condo has all the amenities and luxuries you need, there's even room for parking. The grounds are well kept and quite. This is a perfect vacation spot for anyone, I will be coming back!"

  • Everything you need in convenient location!

"We stayed in this lovely condo for 10 nights in Feb 2016 with our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children ages 2, 6 and 8) and my mother in law. It was perfect. The location is quiet and private (gated). The back deck surrounded by foliage and is very private. The descriptions given in previous reviews are accurate. The beds are very comfortable. The place has everything you need - you only need to buy your own food and drinks. There are extra sheets, blankets, an amazing number of towels (including beach towels), utensils and enough garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and dish detergent to last the full 10 days. The garage had everything we needed for our toddler/kids and the beach.......a small lifejacket, flotation belts, snorkel gear, boogie boards, floaty toys (including one for a baby), sand toys, at least 5 beach chairs, multiple coolers (including one with wheels). It also contained baby gates for the stairs inside, a high chair, a booster seat for meals and 2 playpens. Inside the townhouse there are a few small bins of toys, board games, puzzles, a few DVDs and a playstation with quite a few games. The management company was excellent. I called them to let them know that there were no steak knives - they delivered a set to us the next morning. This place may not be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues. There are many stairs to enter the front door and all of the bedrooms are on the second level."

  • don't hesitate- this is the place to be!

"An amazing stay… our only complaint is we don’t think we could top this vacation next year! This location had everything we could need for a truly relaxing stay yet with everything we could want nearby. This family of 5 enjoyed the easy proximity to 2 excellent beaches. The boys (including dad) spent hours boogie boarding at Napili beach and snorkeling at Kapalua and Napili beaches. Saw sea turtles and beautiful fish. Had a fun happy hour “meal” at the Seahouse and an unforgettable date night at Merriman’s (a splurge but phenominal food and service). The view from both places cannot be beat. Oh and brunch at the Gazebo is not to be missed! All are easy walks. Kapalua resort tennis gardens are also only a few minutes walk away. Our 16year old daughter enjoyed several group clinics there. Beautiful facility with top-notch instructors! House had everything we needed for cooking and convenience. Having all the beach gear at our disposal was invaluable! Having the garage and not having to worry about parking was a treat. There was plenty of room for all of us to spend time together, yet have our own "space" with 3 bedrooms. beds were super comfy. AC was a bonus, though were able to get air circulation with all the windows. After exploring the island and checking out different areas, we came to the easy conclusion that we were staying in the best spot possible! Close to everything we wanted, but away from the crowded, impersonal mega-resorts. Loved the feel of the area. The townhouse area was quiet and a wonderful retreat. Jeff was easy and pleasant to work with. We didn’t have any issues during our stay but no doubt he would have taken care of them if needed. Thank you!"

  • The perfect rental property

"This property has it all! There are two restaurants on site so you really never have to leave this paradise. The beach is beautiful with plenty of places to explore. We hiked the Coastline trail, swam in the pools and snorkeled right at the beach. The famous Gazebo restaurant breakfast will fill you up for the day, we used the fully stocked kitchen to prepare light evening meals. On site washer and dryer... this place has all the amenities. We went in June so there were a lot of families there with kids. The owners are great communicators and provided everything we could have needed. Also outdoor grills to BBQ. We were so comfortable here and would highly recommend for budget travelers."
