  • Great location with a great view

"We love our stay in Lahaina with Art and Jan. The condo has great view of the ocean, island of Lanai and Molokai. We watched whales breaching in a distance and green sea turtles swimming close to shore, all right from the porch! Close by is the Mala pier/ Baby beach, which is great for snorkeling or beginner divers right from the shore. I saw 5 sea turtles and at least 2 whit tip reef sharks during the dive. Countless fishes and great visibility. The location strikes the perfect balance of convenience and quietness. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back. Tip: As the others has pointed out, the sound of the waves can get loud at night if you are not used to it. My wife and I slept great and the sound was quite soothing, but I would recommend just be prepared with a pair of ear plugs, because the sound is proportional to the size of swell and surf."

  • A Hidden Gem - close to all amenities

"We were not disappointed! This condo unit was everything it was advertised to be. It's close to everything - yet far enough away to avoid all the traffic and tourist noise. It was very clean and comfortable and although we didn't spend a lot of time at the condo, it was quiet and enjoyable. We woke up each morning to the sounds of the ocean waves next to the pool & while enjoying our morning coffee, we watched the turtles, dolphins and the occasional whale from our living room overlooking the pool. We rented a car during our 9 day stay here and this place was central to all of our traveling. Central Old Lahina is an easy walk from here and in the evenings, we usually walked to the various shows or restaurants in the area. There were also convenient shuttle buses to some of the venues we attended. We always felt safe and secure in the area. The condo manager was an excellent source of information and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Maui."

"Beautiful ocean view just as in the picture with sea turtles out front every day. We saw nine at one time one day and never less than five in a two week period. This is an older building in a somewhat local residential area, not a glamorous resort setting. That being said it is an extremely well maintained building. They have an excellent onsite manager that seemed to be up early every day cleaning something like pool chairs, the pool, elevator etc. The unit it self was perfect for two people with everything you would need to cook, clean or do laundry. The only drawback we found was the bedroom window faces Front street and we experienced road noise every morning starting around 6AM so if you're someone that likes to sleep late this may be an issue. We stopped at Long's just down the street and picked up some inexpensive ear plugs and that pretty much solved the problem. It certainly would not prevent us from staying here again. We have been to Maui several times and stayed in Kihei but wanted to try a different area this time. As people who don't cook when on vacation we found found there were many more restaurant options in Lahaina and Kaanapali is only a five minute drive away for even more. If a resort experience is what you want this is not it but if you are looking for a well maintained, clean friendly condo 50 feet the ocean we would certainly recommend."

  • Best Condo Ever

"Of all the vacations where we've had Waterfront accommodations, this tops them all. Spectacular sunsets, 180 degree water views and turn around and see sunrise over the mountain. You are literally on the water. If you haven't seen sea turtles, they'll be feeding right outside the sea wall and you can see them from the ample lanai. Great sound system. The condo is really close to Lahaina which is a cool town. The building, as a whole, is older, being built in the 50s, but don't let that deter you. This is, well I already said it, SPECTACULAR."
