  • Location and views are amazing.

"We were there several weeks ago and fell in love with this place. Having stayed at several locations on the island this was our favorite. Being on the private north side of Lahaina we could take a 2 min walk to several amazing restaurants but were also a 5 min drive from Kaanapali and Whalers village. We loved the privacy and quiet as opposed to how busy everywhere else seems to be. Our highlight was sitting on the Lanai watching the sunset or catching the countless sea turtles crossing in front of the property. This unit was one of the better ones as it has a phenomenal views. Can't wait to come back!"

  • A wonderful retreat with a great ocean view and sounds of the surf

"We spent ten days enjoying Nick's had almost everything we needed for our stay, the unit has comfortable furnishings, and what a view! There's no better way to experience Maui than sitting on the lanai soaking in the ocean sounds and sights. The pool is great, and your sunset view includes Lanai, Molokai, and a distant Oahu. Nick had warned us that demolition and reconstruction was in process, and there was some disturbance during the daytime, but we had a great time anyway. We hope to return and enjoy the unit again."

  • Great location with a great view

"We love our stay in Lahaina with Art and Jan. The condo has great view of the ocean, island of Lanai and Molokai. We watched whales breaching in a distance and green sea turtles swimming close to shore, all right from the porch! Close by is the Mala pier/ Baby beach, which is great for snorkeling or beginner divers right from the shore. I saw 5 sea turtles and at least 2 whit tip reef sharks during the dive. Countless fishes and great visibility. The location strikes the perfect balance of convenience and quietness. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back. Tip: As the others has pointed out, the sound of the waves can get loud at night if you are not used to it. My wife and I slept great and the sound was quite soothing, but I would recommend just be prepared with a pair of ear plugs, because the sound is proportional to the size of swell and surf."

  • What a great stay!

"My husband and I were in Maui for his son's wedding. We decided to rent a place in the same building where they were staying so we found this place through VRBO at Lahaina Roads. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our four-day (too short) stay. I'm really picky about bed comfort, but this king was great...just the right softness. The decor isn't exactly like the pictures. The furniture is newer, I think. The couch seemed brand new. It's on the second floor, which is right above the parking garage. You'd think that would be a problem, but this place seemed to be all about the quiet. No one ever came or went during sleeping hours, that I was aware of. The grounds are kept nicely. It's half grass and half pool, and then the ocean. This condo is on the edge of the grass that is next to the pool. I think it's a nice location. You could throw a rock to the ocean, but why would you because you might hit one of the 10 or so turtles that are constantly swimming just off shore. When I texted Hedy to let her know we had arrived, she texted me back in about a minute and told me to text her if I needed anything. The waves breaking outside created such a nice sound for sleeping. I read that another reviewer complained about the noise on Front Street. There is noise on Front Street, occationally, but only because some people chose to drive by with their bass thumping in their stereos. It's not located RIGHT in the touristy area of Lahaina, so it's not THAT loud. What's great about the location is that you can get in your car (or walk if you're not as lazy as we are) and drive right to a Safeway (grocery story) or Longs (drug store) in about a minute, or drive to the Banyan Tree/Cheeseburger in Paradise area in about two minutes. If you're looking for a nice, little place at a great price, close to local attractions, cleanliness, and the soothing sound of ocean waves, we can highly recommend this condo. Aloha!"
