  • Can't go wrong!

"We stayed at condo #807 for a week, May 18-25, 2016 and it was fantastic. Dolores is very kind and helpful. Basic bathroom and kitchen amenities but everything you could need. Big comfy bed which is right next to the lanai so we slept with the door open every night and listened to the waves. The lanai is AMAZING. Plenty of room for 2 and just above the palm trees so you have a 180 degree unobstructed view (can see all of Molokai and most of Lanai'i). The front door has a screen door too that locks, so much of the time while we were in the condo we left the front door open (with the screen door locked at night) and the lanai door open which created a nice funnel through the condo. The trades were blowing pretty much constantly so we had a nice cool room to sleep in every night. Only one downside to our trip: The beach was eroded quite a bit this year and as a result the grass/beach on our property was unusable the entire time. It was a bit noisy as they had a back hoe working all day moving around huge sandbags; this all started the day we arrived so we could not use that half of the property. Luckily the beach runs from Valley Isle south for about 500 yards and its perfect! Great for swimming/snorkeling/paddleboarding. We also saw a TON of turtles. If we were on the first few floors it would have been a nightmare, but for us a minor inconvenience.... Construction supposed to last 3 weeks. We would definitely recommend this unit. Great location, great unit, great owner. We will definitely be going back!"

  • Great Hawaiian Retreat - Met High Expectations

"Kudos to Mark and Barbara for fulfilling our high expectations on our recent stay in their unit (7/16 - 7/24). The facility was exactly as depicted (including the beach that was extremely challenging or impossible to swim in). On-site Dukes was great for pool drinks and a couple casual dinners. Construction next door was evident during entrance into the resort - then a non-issue. Unit was in great shape - full of amenities - and everything functional. There was an added charge of $45 for sofa bed linens that we were not aware of - maybe we didn't read the fine print close enough). Unit is convenient and a great location with an overview of the pool - some glimpses of water/sunsets. Tip: Use the Safeway in Lahina instead of the grocery store at the end of the property (20 X better). Tip: The banana bread at mile post 5.5 (road to Hana) is THE best. Tip: The hike/waterfalls/pool swimming at mile post 16.5 is the real deal and beats anything else on the road to Hana. The market in the resort was great. The spa was good for massages. In Summary - Unit/Resort was just as we expected - great to have such great amenities and access. Mark/Barb were also very responsive and attentive and had a nice welcome gift for us."

  • Absolutely Amazing!

"Our family of 4 just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at this lovely condo. I knew from the pictures and reviews that it would be lovely, but pictures cannot do justice to the breathtaking views, the incredible lanai, and the comfort of this condo. The condo is good sized, modern, clean and well furnished. The carpet is new and the furniture and appliances/electronics are all in excellent shape. The two king size beds are comfortable and we slept so well between the comfort of the bed and the sounds of the ocean at night. There was absolutely nothing about our stay at Judy's condo that was anything less than wonderful. The Royal Kahana was the perfect location for us- the beach is small but still fun to boogie board and swim in. We were minutes away from 5 spectacular beaches (or more), so many great restaurants and shopping. The complex is quiet and well maintained, and having a small fitness room onsite was very convenient. Judy and her housekeeper, Jennifer, were very responsive and did everything possible to make our stay a memorable one. I can't imagine staying any other place after our time in this condo- just perfect."

  • Location and views are amazing.

"We were there several weeks ago and fell in love with this place. Having stayed at several locations on the island this was our favorite. Being on the private north side of Lahaina we could take a 2 min walk to several amazing restaurants but were also a 5 min drive from Kaanapali and Whalers village. We loved the privacy and quiet as opposed to how busy everywhere else seems to be. Our highlight was sitting on the Lanai watching the sunset or catching the countless sea turtles crossing in front of the property. This unit was one of the better ones as it has a phenomenal views. Can't wait to come back!"
