  • Great location & value

"I wasn't sure what to expect initially since the rate was so low for the place, but I found the condo complex to be in a family-friendly, middle class part of the island surrounded by other 2- and 3-story condo complexes (as opposed to high-rise resorts), which I personally really liked. The location is fantastic, right next to Napili Bay, and steps from Kapalua Bay, both great for snorkeling. The owner provided many amenities, including plenty of kitchenware, shampoos & soaps, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards. The bed was comfortable. There is no air-conditioning, so you have to get used to the heat, but there are a couple of large fans. The only negative is that the studio hasn't been updated since probably the 70's, so it's pretty old school, especially compared to some of the other studios on the property. I would totally stay here again, though, and found it very comfortable and well-located."

  • Dr Bob Australia

"Really enjoyed our stay at one Napilli Way. Initial booking, payment and confirmation was dealt with very efficiently by Dave. Answered my emails promptly. Price compared to other 3 bedroom condos close or on the beach at Maui was very good. Condo was clean and included all that was needed to make our stay comfortable. Minor matters that needed attention were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Swimming pool was excellent, with the hot tub a very welcome addition after spending a hour or more with the kids in the swimming pool. Short walk to Napilli Beach. The end towards the Beach House Restaurant was more suitable for young children (U5yrs), as the end nearest to the access point had a very strong undercurrent, and there was a very quick drop off to deep water. Lots of turtles near the rock area, as well as great snorkelling around the bay. All in all I would strongly recommend One Napilli way for a very relaxing holiday."

  • Amazing!

"Even though you can see pictures and videos of the house and scenery on the website, it is stunning to see it for real. We brought our four adult sons and daughter-in-law to Maui to celebrate our 30th anniversary and wanted a beachfront home with 5 bedrooms. I don't think we could have found a more perfect home for cooking meals at the house; unbelievable scenery; location; and simply being able to relax. We used the office/study on the lower level as a 5th bedroom for one of our sons and it worked great. The kitchen has everything you need including an outside grill; and the house has everything you need for a week+ stay. Great location with easy access to local beaches, markets, hiking, etc. And we had a blast walking down to the water to see the sea turtles up close. Nobody can stop talking about how cool this house is, and when we go to Maui again, we will try to reserve this house again! Angelia is easy and very good to work with, and Kimmy did a nice job with all of the activities we wanted to schedule. We highly recommend this house to anyone."

  • Crashing waves and a cloud for a bed

"My wife and I have been living on Maui for six years. The sound of the ocean as we fell asleep, was priceless. Add an ultra comfy bed and you have a perfect getaway. A note to potential renters; many properties claim to be oceanfront, few deliver - this place is right on."
