  • Amazing view, updated and fully equipped accommodations.

"We loved our stay. The view of the 3 mile beach, the cooing turtle doves, sound of waves in the distance and rustling palms added to our peaceful stay. The unit was decorated exceptionally nicely and outside the patio was a lawn and landscape view. The complex held a potluck on Valentine's Day by the pool for all guests and owners, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. The spa/hot tub was perfect after hiking down and back to Kalaupapa Valley and enjoying a great tour. This island is a hidden gem."

  • best condo on molokai

"Everything is beautifully done in this kai nani kai condo. I have a lot of allergies and the leather furniture and beautiful stone floors were great for me as well as being very nice to look at. It's not the closest unit to the b each but the extra distance is worth it. Warning the owner asks for a very large deposit if you don't want to pay for insurance, but he returned it all to me. Also, you need to sign and mail or fax the rental agreement. Wifi and at&t microcell were great. Because of my allergies I kept the doors/windows closed and was able to stay cool (early November) with the ceiling fans. A few plastic cups added to the cupboard would be my only suggestion."

  • Very nice ocean view, we spent a lot of time enjoying the view while having breakfast.

"A lot of cockroaches in the kitchen - condo manager said he would have spraying done but did not do so. No working smoke detector. Windows could use a good cleaning, especially in the second (smaller) bedroom. Kitchen has been nicely updated. Master bath has been nicely updated. Too bad about the golf course and many of the other buildings being left to deteriorate. The Molokai locals do not want tourists to come here, for the most part. Really enjoyed watching the birds from the lanai. Enjoyed seeing the Monk seals on the local beach. Too bad places like the petroglyphs and the refuge for the sufferers from Hansen's Disease are so inaccessible. Also inaccessible is the area of the 1946 Tsunami. Could not get on the mule ride as it was full....... There was another beach I would have liked to visit, but only accessible via a rutted dirt road (the locals not wanting to encourage tourism again.......)"
