"This was exactly as advertised. The price was right and the location could not have been better. We were staying at the condo resort with a lot of other groups for a wedding and this condo was close enough to the beach. Some of the other condos were very close to the pool with foot traffic going past--we didn't have this at this location which is exactly what we wanted. The pool was accessible but not too close (about a 2 or 3 minute walk). Breakfast on the lanai every morning was perfect with a view of the ocean, and for dinner, the community grill was less than a minute walk between the condo and the ocean. There are some great beaches to explore along the west end of Molokai--check them out! We used the car to get around locally for food and exploring beaches, but did some more adventurous activities in our friend's Jeep when we went up into the mountains. We would definitely not have been be able to get to the mountains/rainforest in the car (barely made it in the Jeep) so do not plan to do that if you are also renting this vehicle with the property. Communication with the owner before, during and after the stay was great."
