  • Wonderful Stay in Molokai East End

"My family have just returned from Molokai. What a magical place! We had a great time swimming just steps away from this comfortable rental house. My two kids (age 10 and 11) enjoyed playing on the beach, floating on tubes and swimming. The island of Molokai is beautiful and its people most welcoming. Joann, the property manager, stopped by to answer any questions we had and invited us to visit their beautiful family farm. The kids had a great time feeding the pigs, rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens. They also milked mama goat and played with the baby goat. We were able to visit with a baby fawn too, which has been recently been rescued. We left with a plate of home baked cookies. Thank you, JoAnn, for the wonderful memories! My kids still talk about visiting with you and meeting the animals. As suggested by Peter, we called Kohl looking to buy some fresh fish. Kohl not only delivered two local fishes but did not charged us for it. We were humbled by the kindness and attention we received from the people in Molokai. Thank you, Kohl! We barbecued the fish and it was delicious. We also contacted Walter to take us to the Pali coast, another suggestion from Peter. Walter was very attentive and even stopped by the house to let us know details about the boat trip, weather and the surf. We were surprised to see Walter at the front door as we were getting ready to meet him Halawa for the boat trip. But that's the nature of the people in Molokai. They are truly one of a kind! We have the most fond memories of our stay in Molokai. Thank you, Peter, for sharing your Ohana with us. We felt the Hawaiian spirit in everyone we met in Molokai. If you are looking for a place to relax at a great beach front location, this is the home for you. The East End of Molokai is gorgeous and very green. Just a few minutes by car to Halawa you can see the gorgeous mountains and the waterfalls. There is also a nice little store not too far from the house, if you are looking to get some basic necessities. The town of Kaunakakai is a about 40 minutes from the house and it is very cute with small town charm. There are couple of grocery stores, a wine store, a bakery and a few family owned restaurants. We specially enjoyed the pizza place (Molokai Pizza Cafe), which also serves some local Hawaiian fare. Whatever you do in Molokai, do not miss the hot bread at Kanemitsu Bakery served only after 7:30 pm. Get the "works" - it is delicious! We loved Molokai and will return soon. Mahalo!"

  • Relaxing private getaway

"Really enjoyed the privacy and peacefulness of this cute cottage. Gorgeous views. Super comfortable king bed. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Would definitely recommend it to a couple if you are wanting to relax away from everyone else."

  • Wow! This condo was incredible!

"Wow! This condo was incredible! It was perfect for a family of 5. Very spacious and clean. Loved all the extras for going to the beach (chairs, towels, cooler). It truly felt like a home away from home. We spent a lot of time at the different beaches but when we'd come back to relax, this condo was so welcoming. Great location for staying in West Maui with great restaurants within walking distance. We loved the hose out back for easy rinsing. Parking was never an issue. The pool was really nice at night under all the stars. Overall, we would highly recommend this to anyone. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you KBM for helping us make this a great vacation!"

  • Location, location, location

"I've had had the pleasure of living in Nick and Sylvie's apartment in Lahaina for one marvelous week! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Since it was my first time to Maui, everybody's been telling me to lean towards finding a place in Lahaina. Nick and Sylvie's place is a spacious, clean and nicely appointed one bedroom apartment on the second floor of Lahaina Roads, just off the beaten path. The apartment has all that you'd need including a double shower stall, modern appliances, wireless internet and best of all a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. When looking into renting the place, Nick showed a lot of patience in answering all my questions. Furthermore, he was very helpful making suggestions on where to go, what to do and eat. The apartment has one parking spot available and it's close to shopping, groceries, entertainment and the best beaches in Maui! You're a hop, skip and a jump from old Lahaina village which is a great place to wander. Nick was easily accessible on his phone and through email, so if I had any questions, he'd reply quickly. I'd definitely make this place your number one destination! Mahalo Nick and Sylvie for making your apartment one of the best parts of my stay in Maui!"
