  • Beachfront! Newly Remodeled, Stylish Kailua Beach Home!

"Our family recently visited this property and loved every minute of our stay! We were 6 adults and 2 kids, ages 6 and 3. We were there for 9 nights. The huge yard with steps to the sand were so convenient from the house. The trade winds were wonderful and kept the house nice and cool. The AC in the bedrooms work very well and appreciated at night. This casual and comfortable home has many areas for meals/table games and it's laid out in a way that family members had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is easy to make meals in and is not cluttered with a lot of dishes and items that make it hard to find anything. There is exactly what you need in the house and as I say, without clutter. The home is very private and the beach was perfectly safe (with supervision, of course) for our little ones. We rented 2 cars and made several adventures into town, restaurants, shops in Kailua, Pearl Harbor, the North Shore, zip lining and helicopter tour of the island and to Waikiki. We went to Chief's Luau and it was so fun and very close to the house. We hired chef Ryan Covert at for 3 nights to make dinner for us. It was mutually agreed upon with the family that Ryan's meals were the best food we'd ever had. Amazing! Ryan is from Kailua and we requested his local favorites..... he did not disappoint! We HIGHLY recommend him if you are interested in having someone come in to cook. We were reluctant to leave and hope to absolutely come back!!! You will get a lot of aloha in this awesome bungalow!"

  • Wonderful stay!

"My friends and I loved our time at the Kukui house. The gardens are beautiful and the location is perfect. While the rest of our colleagues at the conference were stuck in the hustle & bustle of Waikiki, we were thrilled to come home via one of the most gorgeous drives ever, and spend our sunrise mornings trotting across the street to the beach. Zak was incredibly helpful, even taking time out of his day to let me back into the house when I couldn't locate my friends on the beach who had the key :)"

  • Great place to stay !

"We had a wonderful stay! The house is well designed and very very clean. The ground with a huge banyan tree, many seating areas, very nice pool , separate hot tub is gorgeous. You are very close to the beautiful Lanikai beach(short walk) and a short drive into Kailua town with many stores and restaurants . Overall, this is a great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay in this house very much and we´ll return next summer."

  • Feel like locals!! Feel at home!

"My husband and I stayed here for 8 days to visit our son who was coming back from a 6 month deployment as a Naval submarine officer. We have been to Hawaii numerous times, in fact we were married here and are very picky about where we stay! This place was perfect! Homey, quiet, clean, cool and comfortable with all the amenities: small kitchenette, AC (which is a big must for me!)beach equipment, BBQ, great grassy yard area with hammock, lounge chairs, tables. We stayed in the one bedroom in the front and the beautiful beach was a short walk around the house...we walked an hour daily! And Eva the owner is precious...always making sure we were enjoying ourselves! This will be our first choice when we return in 2017!"
