  • We had a wonderful stay!

"This was a very comfortable accommodation for us and worked out just GREAT! The extra sleeper works for a younger person, a week was A OK. The hosts were so kind and generous. VERY clean here. We had our privacy, location, comforts, beaches and restaurants! The breezes through the room were lovely. I did not get much home cooking, is time, but there is a well set-up kitchen. Thank you Norm and Millie!! Hope to be back in the Spring! We recommend; Cinnamons, Kalapawai Cafe & Deli, Crepes No Ka Oi, and Teddy's Burgers."

  • Kukui House

"We stayed here for a week with our extended families. We found the grounds & home well kept & clean. The caretaker was super helpful in taking care of our needs & was very professional. We would stay here again. Did I mention the white sand beach across the street? It was a wonderful property for multiple families as well."

  • Best vacation rental on an excellent beach - like a home away from home

"We have been to Oahu many times and this was by far our best experience. The rental is at an excellent location - just steps from Kailua Beach, which in our opinion is one of the best beaches on the island. It's soft white sand, clean beautiful beach and water and gentle sound of waves was perfect for us. Beach is great for kids. The house is right across from the beach park and you can look out the kitchen window and see the water through the trees so you get a sense of what's happening there. The location is truly excellent for walking home after a full day at the beach while carrying all your beach things. The town of Kailua is super chill. Lots of delicious and local food places if you do your research. You can walk to restaurants, shave ice, grocery market and rentals. If you drive 5 mins, there are lots of dining options and stores for groceries, supplies, etc. The house itself is excellent, spacious, comfortable and well stocked. We felt so lucky to have the space to spread out and get comfortable. It was truly like being at a home away from home. The space is clean, tastefully minimal in decor and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and beach supplies. Our beach set up was enviable - coolers, umbrellas, mats, boogie boards and sand toys. All of these things are stocked in the laundry room for your use. There is an outside shower which was awesome for rinsing off after the beach. Full laundry access, hanging rack, private patio set and covered parking. Really can't say enough. I know we will definitely come back given the opportunity. We travelled around most of the island and still wanted to come back to "our beach" because it was the best. Owner was also very nice and responsive. This is easily the best choice we could have made for our vacation."

  • Beyond our expectations!

"We recently stayed at the SeaBreeze in Kailua for 5 days. After booking the rental, I was initially apprehensive as I have never used VRBO before and was not sure I selected the best rental for my needs as they all seem to sound pretty good on their website. We were not disappointed. The pictures did not do it justice. The rental is spacious, clean, quiet, private and comfortable. The pool, landscaping and living space for the rest of the house is beautiful. Grady and Carole are extremely hospitable, friendly and thoughtful. Our minifridge was stocked with various drinks (soda, beer, juice and a bottle of wine). There was a basket of fruit and snacks in the room. After checking in, we enjoyed a glass of wine with Grady and Carole and then again on our last evening. The following day, Grady gave us an unsolicited quick personal tour of Kailua, pointing out good restaurants and shops and beach access. They opened their home to us and did not mind us sharing their living space with them. Since it was our first time in Oahu, we spent most of our time sight seeing in/near Honolulu (about a 35 minute drive). I would definitely recommend the SeaBreeze and would not hesitate to stay there again if I return to Oahu."
