  • S very large,accomadating and clean property.

"The beach is your backyard. It is very child friendly as the water is calm enough not to worry about the children, yet has nice waves to enjoy. The property is perfect for large groups/families. The area is quiet and easy to get around. It is approximately 20 to 30 minutes to Honululu. I highly recommend this for a great family get away."

  • Convenient Location

"We spent 4 nights here and were pleased with the location and accommodation's. Our only problem was the unit is upstairs as we have kids and I'm sure they were loud for the tenants downstairs (sorry!). The GORGEOUS beach is at the end of the street, not a long walk at all. We rented a car and were able to visit other beaches/towns - Kailua and Lanikai. We had plenty of room, this place will easily accommodate a family with 3-4 children. Nice dining table and breakfast bar. The fold out futons were VERY comfortable. My kids loved the fish pond. Being upstairs, this place stayed rather warm - that would be my only complaint. Wasn't a huge issue though, and would definitely stay again. Thanks!!!!"

  • An outstanding beachfront property!

"Our party of 7 was very comfortable in this house. The house was fresh and clean with all the amenities we needed; both the house and the property were well-maintained. Laycie and Mike were delightful hosts and made our stay that much more pleasant. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed sailing with Mike, who magically produced a whale sighting for them. They were in the water in front of the house every day - snorkeling, exploring the reef, sighting sea turtles, etc. Lots of snorkeling gear and boogie boards provided. The tree house and hot tub were also popular. The location is close enough to Honolulu and Kailua for convenient access but far enough away to feel almost rural. Very peaceful at night. Only a few minutes to the outstanding nature preserve at Hanauma Bay, a short drive to the great beach at Kailua Bay, or 30 minutes to Waikiki. A lovely place, in every sense. We would certainly recommend this property to family and friends."

  • Very clean, stocked & homey

"There were 3 couples staying here: my husband and me, my son and his new wife, and my mom and her husband. This place is roomier than it looks so we were never "stepping over" each other. The air conditioning (with remotes) in each room was a real bonus. All six of us would highly recommend this home away from home. Mahalo from The Padgetts, The Wilsons and The Hayes!"
