  • Very charming, very nice.

"I think the WiFi info was not correct. Not worked as per instructions. And they differed per owner email and from Home Away.Get a kcup machine, include alot of bottled water. Fresh Flowers on table. It met our needs for a honeymoon and despite being dated all said did not detract from our stay. Would stay again here, absolutely. Beautiful view, semi private beach, right outside the back. Really amazing. A lot for a little."

  • Very good value (cost + space = good value)

"I often read reviews and am blown away by the number of people who don't exactly understand that there is a difference between price and value. This bungalow isn't a high end resort, there are no granite counter tops or fancy amenities. The price for the area also doesn't go as high either as places that have those types of things as part of the overall value. This is a quaint, simple bungalow in a relatively good location to several little towns. that makes this a very good value for what we needed. It was super clean and the owner was easy to work with. We were only there for 2 days, so we didn't use the space long-term to really identify if there were any issues really. We didn't encounter any and the owner seemed very accessible if we had any questions. One super positive thing I loved...clearly if people left items from their stay, those things were kept as kind of a "pass it on" mentality. I loved that because I got sun burned the day we arrived and there was Aloe already under the sink. It was great to not have to go buy a whole bottle for a little immediate relief. (we left it there for the next person of course:)) There is a very quiet, private beach. We didn't explore it a lot, the part right when you walk in is rocky. It looked sandy further down. We mainly just wanted to be able to drive south from the location to explore that side of the island (if you really like nature/simple outdoor activities, we recommend to spend as little time as possibly over by Honolulu....this side is way better!). Easy access to a drug store and some good food and several beaches in the area."

  • Pam

"This property, beach, location, and yard are the best inside and out! One feature that we loved was a dinning room table big enough for 14 people to sit at comfortably! Even though it is on the windward side of the island the beach was great for snorkeling and boogie boarding depending on the surf conditions. There is even a great surfing wave off to the right that people were surfing on all the time. Soft beautiful sand right behind the house but a reef off to the left side to snorkel. The Master Bedroom and Bath are incredible! Can't wait to go back."

  • We totally enjoyed the property.

"Loved the view and being able to sit on the lawn and see and hear the sound of the ocean. Loved hearing the waves crash on the shore while being inside at night was wonderful. Very close to all we wanted to see."
