  • Great location near the beach

"Lovely place near the beach. North Shore is a fantastic spot to go if you want to get out of the city. Lot's of cute little towns to visit a short drive away. Pamela's spot is incredibly comfortable and welcoming! She answered all my late night texts promptly. Recommended!"

  • Little gem of a bungalow with all the toys- perfect beach location!

"We LOVED this little bungalow! It was perfect for our North Shore getaway. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, we were blown away with how much gear was provided for us to use- beach cruiser bikes, a kayak, boogie boards, snorkel gear, you name it- the place has it!! We arrived to a spotless and cozy little pad, with a very comfy bed and plenty of clean towels. There is even a washer/dryer in the unit AND on-site off street parking. We rode bikes into Haleiwa each day for lunch or dinner, and we cooked breakfast each morning. There is all the cooking equipment you'd need, even a blender! The wifi and AC worked great, we were so happy. We hope to return to this little gem, great value and super clean & easy! Highly recommended!"

  • WE LOVED IT!!!!

"My husband is not one to go on a vacation and relax. I was really skeptical getting a vacation rental that was not a "hotel" in the big city because my husband like's to have all of his amenities readily available. I had all of our vacation booked months ago at a nice hotel in Honolulu with an ocean view---I thought this would be the perfect place. Then my husband said that he would like to go see the surfing for a few days so I thought I would just check out some place's closer to the north shore so we didn't have to drive so far everyday. I went on VRBO (recommended by my daughter) and by process of elimination I found Scott's place. First of all Scott was willing to let me communicate through email, text and phone. This helped to ease my accommodation anxiety by being able to actually talk to someone and be able to ask them the many questions that I had. We had more amenities at Scott's then we had at our expensive hotel (except for maid service). We didn't have an ocean view but the beach was literally only 20 steps away and it was almost like having our own private beach. We sat out there several time's and only saw a handful of people. Scott provided beach chair's, beach towels, a small cooler if we needed it, snorkel gear and boogie boards. We didn't use the latter two much because the surf was so rough and being beginner's and not knowing what we were doing we didn't want Scott to have to call emergency, lol! We just enjoyed sitting and watching the surfer's, the wave's and the sunsets were beautiful. We loved having the fridge with a freezer, it really helped on the food bill for several days. He had everything to make our stay comfortable including shampoo, soap, fresh clean plush towels, comfy bed linen's, bed and pillow's. It was very clean and well maintained. It was in a rural setting in the country which we loved. There was an apt. above us but we hardly heard anything from them. The other home's were really close but with the fence and vegetation we had privacy and it didn't feel like they were close. Scott made sure we knew that if we needed ANYTHING to let him know. If I had to give one con review it would be that we weren't able to spend the whole time here. If we ever make it to Oahu again we will definitely stay here for the entire vacation. Thank you Scott for making our vacation more wonderful than it could have been!!!"
