  • The property was very nice and provided all of the essentials I needed and more.

"I had made this booking for a work trip I had. Even though I came with a work focused mentality, this house made it incredibly easy to relax and enjoy the natural beauties of Hawaii. The adjacent beach was nearly void of all other people and the surf has large spans that didn't have any dangerous rocks (something that can be tricky to find at the North Shore). We were incredibly close to a grocery store and large amount of food trucks which made getting a bite to eat very easy. The house was stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils I needed and provided many more if you were interested in some serious cooking. I highly recommend this rental and appreciate Tim and his family for providing it."

  • Great home in an ideal location for family

"The two-level home was a wonderful place to accommodate a family trip. The house is on a cul-de-sac down the street from Ted's Bakery (yum!) and Sunset Beach. The neighborhood also has multiple private beach access roads to get onto the beach just next to Sunset. The only iffy of this beach is that it is a rocky one and can be difficult to swim in during low tide. Other than that, it's perfect! The house was also stocked with all kinds of beach equipment - chairs, boogie boards, water shoes, toys for the kids, etc. Janna was also great in regards to coordination. It was a great family vacation!"

  • You will not get better than this!

"My wife and i celebrated our thirty third wedding anniversary by making first ever trip to Oahu from our home in NZ We stayed for a week on the North Shore at the Hula House and were blown away by the beauty and peacefulness that is so definitive of this spot. We were rocked to sleep with the sound of the surf and gentle winds through the windows left open (no bugs or mosqitoes!) The Hosts were superb. So friendly and accommodating with very prompt communication and helpful in getting us through the preliminary arrangements. We were looked after as if we were royalty. I was super blessed to get a really great week of surf at Sunset Point and the host (great surfer and very humble guy) even helped me with local knowledge on the break and heaps of hints in negotiating one of the worlds most awesome surf breaks . We loved riding the bikes every day, swimming at all the sheltered spots close by, drinking Kona coffee (yummmm!) and having the most relaxed and soul restoring holiday ever! We would love to come back next year and bring our whole family."

  • Wonderful Week on the North Shore!

"My son and I stayed here for a week with a friend and her son. We loved the location to the beaches, the food and the market. The home comes well equipped! The owner did a great job of anticipating the needs of travelers and outfitted the place so that the only purchases needed was food to fill the fridge which already contained some basic condiments. We really enjoyed our stay here! It was peaceful and relaxing - just what we wanted. On our next visit to the North Shore, we will definitely want to rent this house again! Thanks, Aris, for sharing your home with us and for making our Hawaii vacation a very memorable one!"
