  • Mahalo Nui Loa (Thank you very much)

"Being a Kamaaina (one who has lived on the islands for some time) now living in Huntington Beach, California, I was very particular on the location of the rental property we chose to celebrate my son's 21st birthday surf trip in VLand. The house was spacious, clean and perfect in it's location, decorated with island and surf influence. It had more amenities than listed or one can imagine Nikki the property management was warm and friendly in helping us settle in. We could not have asked for a better place to spend an entire week with the Ohana (family). The neighbors greeted us with Aloha and made us feel at home. We plan to return next year for another stay in paradise, if Britt will have us! Aloha nui, The Richardson Ohana"

  • Another Fantastic Stay at Sunset Beach

"We were lucky enough to get 2 entire weeks at this Sunset Beach Cottage. We stayed here 3 years ago and could not wait to get back. The location on Sunset beach provides a great home base for exploring the entire island. There are numerous restaurants and food trucks nearby along with the Foodland Grocery store. The house is perfectly comfortable and has everything a family needs to have a perfect vacation. Falling asleep to the sounds of the waves is amazing. The view from the deck cannot be surpassed. Thanks again William for sharing your slice of paradise in Hawaii. Hopefully returning for a third time soon!!"

  • A cozy stay with a jacuzzi!

"I stayed here on my honeymoon, so maybe there's a ton of bias already. We loved the location because it wasn't a hotel, but it was still very clean and had all the amenities. Great kitchen and bathroom, all clean and working. Laundry could be done there too. We enjoyed that it felt like it was private even though it was a second story unit. Also, the access to the jacuzzi was probably the best part. A warm jacuzzi on the roof at night to the stars and the sound of the ocean was a perk. The pricing wasn't too bad for such a location in hawaii. We were close to a lot of the fun on North Shore. Right near Ted's bakery, close to sunset beach and kawela bay. It was excellent. Just a walk from the beach too. The people living downstairs were really nice and kept convo short but still were hospitable. We were there in March when it was still a bit chilly, and we could close the windows to keep it warm and open them up during the day to let some air in, and it was perfect. I'd stay again. Also, the owner was a great guy. Kept in good communication and didn't get too much in the way either. We actually left a pair of earrings there, and he found them and mailed them to us. Pretty honest guy."

  • Hawaii Heaven is truly Paradise

"We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 4 kiddos and had the time of our lives. This house was beautiful and steps away for the roaring waves on the beach. If you are wanting to get away from the "tourist trap" of Honolulu...the best thing to do is rent a home and this is the one that should be on your list. The beach was gorgeous; however, a couple of days the waves were way to strong to get in, but no worries there is Waimea Beach 5 minutes down the road that is perfect for the kiddos and to snorkel. Not to mention if you want to get great local food hit the food trucks, Teddy's, or the village near by (Haleiwa). In addition, one of the families took advantage of the beautiful sunsets and had professional family pictures taken one night! The Master Suite is to die for...with the wonderful views to the ocean and the the breeze flowing through. Downstairs we had the patio doors open all day and night to enjoy the island air. Throughout the property there was numerous amenities we enjoyed from ping pong, pool toys, DVDs, games and our friendly little geckos visited us daily. If you are planning to stay in Ohau this place is a must! Thanks so much Dan - we had an awesome time!"
