  • Great Beach House Location!

"The house was located in an ideal location on the North Shore. It is out of the way of the congestion north of Haleiwa. More privacy, great beach in front of the house. Beach toy rental was terrific and convenient. We saw lots of turtles and beautiful sunsets. I shore fished in front of the house caught 3-4 fish per day. Catch and release! Great snorkeling. A short drive into Haleiwa to grocery shop or eat. Be sure to eat the local ice cream at Scoop of Paradise! We drove to Chuns Reef for surfing lessons. We enjoyed a horseback ride on the beach in Waialua! We snorkeled with the sharks in the North Shore. It was a high quality family reunion vacation, with lots of fun, food and stories. The house is comfortable and has all the household amenities one would expect. Thank you Crystal and Peter for being responsive and friendly. Aloha!"

  • Sunset Shores is a wonderful location!

"Loved the condo. Location on the beach was so, so peaceful. Our unit was adequately equipped and quite comfortable. Our hosts were quick to supply anything that we lacked in terms of acoutrements and responded in a timely manner to our questions. The portable AC was a real blessing as the the temps rose and the Trades died down. We are hoping to return to this location again later this year!"

  • Great place, really clean, peaceful location

"We stayed at the house over New Year's. We were received warmly, given a tour and left to our own devices. The house is clean and clutter free. It is a very short walk to the beach, where we saw a sea turtle on the beach the first evening. There is also a park with basketball courts right on the ocean about 10 houses down from the house. The beach there turned into our personal aquarium, with daily snorkeling in the reef with lots of fish and a bale of sea turtles just off shore. The house is easy to get to from Honolulu and provides a terrific base for exploring the North Shore. Great place for a family. If you make it to Waialua, be sure to check out the Waialua General Store for the best selection of poke on the island. Aloha."

  • Life is Good at Mokuleia Beach House!

"Location, Location, Location! I realize this is a cliche' but there is no better way to encapsulate the beauty of this place without mentioning this right off the bat. The secluded ("private") beachfront property embodies a tranquil and surreal quality that is second to none! Bobby, our very gracious and knowledgeable host, was always available if needed while being mindful and respectful of our privacy. Jennifer was was very easy to work with (excellent and timely communication) and sensitive to our tight schedule as evidenced by her willingness and flexibility to save our dates while "the check was in the mail". This is a comfortable Beach House that had everything you would need, notwithstanding basic groceries for meals, should you decide to stay on the property for days on end. It is a pleasure to write this review and I would, without hesitation or reservation, say to people who are considering a stay here: "What are you waiting for?" A lifetime of memories awaits you. Mahalo nui loa, Michael Cunningham and family"
