  • Wow.... Everyone in the family loved it

"Just returned from a wonderful 7 night stay in the Ginger House. Our family of 5 (kids of 10, 12 and 13) loved the house and the location. Cindy was excellent to deal with - always so responsive. The house is in such a neat location being right on the beach and a couple minutes walk to Shark's Cover and Foodland. The deck is amazing and we had such amazing views during our stay including multiple rainbows and amazing sunsets. The house amenities were great and we never wanted for something that wasn't provided - even the small touches (all detergents, dryer sheets, beach chairs, bogeyboards, welcome gift etc). All instructions for entry and houseoperations were easy to find and follow. We will be coming back."

  • Bliss

"What a way to relax. The surf lulls you to sleep at night & during the day I could just sit & watch it all the time. Sunsets absolutely magnificent. Turtles on the beach, wow. Swimming was good most days, when the big surf started it was a little wild but I was still happy to just get my feet wet. Town itself has nice little stores & we had no trouble getting anything we wanted. Spagettinis was good for a cheap easy meal if you don't feel like cooking. Sightseeing Waimea Valley, Sunset & Banzai beaches, Dole plantation even decided to be very brave & did a shark swim!! Would have been better if we had chosen a day when the surf wasn't up but still a great time. Well maintained unit fan & air conditioner work very well and well appointed with everything you need to be able to provide for yourselves. All in all I would thoroughly recommend to anyone. We are definitely planning to come back in the future."

  • Perfect Spot

"This is a very nice and spacious home away from home. We loved it and would recommend it highly. Everything was a plus, including Choka, the Human Dog. Great restaurants in town. Good trucks near by. So you can drive or not, but I recommend a car for sure. Three Tables beach is about a minute or two stroll away and perfect for every night sunset watching. One of the best features are the beach chairs. Stick 'em in your car and go. Debby gave us a couple of papayas for breakfast one day. Bedroom is separate from the rest of the guest space, so one can sleep while the other does cool stuff. The outdoor shower is unique. The outside shower is very handy. You can get cleaned up with soap and shampoo and be ready to go! I would come back here. AND, the price is right."

  • The Perfect Hideaway for Couples

"Lynette's "Pristine Hideaway" was a perfect place to stay for my husband and I. The granny unit is simply charming, and it had everything we needed: kitchen ware, well stocked pantry, beach gear and towels, BBQ, and bicycles . We had so much fun riding the bikes provided along the coast line. This gem is right across the street from the best snorkeling on the island. The sunsets were truly beautiful. Lynette was the perfect hostess. She is friendly, warm, and inviting... not to mention the adorable Maggie (her dog) and friendly kitty, which made us feel right at home. We took a drive out to Turtle Bay, and I was SO glad that we chose Lynette's place instead. I have recommended this sweet spot to a few of my friends who are thinking of traveling to Oahu. I would gladly book this little retreat again. Thank you so much Lynette for making our short stay so wonderful! Aloha and Mahalo!"
