"Stayed in this unit for about a week and it was perfect!
The owners could not be faster or more pleasant when communicating with them, So nice!
The unit was very clean and comfortable. Matching furniture makes it feel warm and inviting.
All listed items/inclusions were available, clean and functional.
This condo is on the 17th floor of the Ilikai hotel and overlooks the Ala Wai boat harbor facing west, so it can provide some great sunset views. Condo included WiFi network, cable TV and phone which the owner includes access to each for free (limited phone but who ya gonna call when on vacation). There is a laundry room just a few doors down which is great if you want to pack light and do some laundry during your stay.
The Ilikai is great hotel and offers a number of amenities like two great restaurants (One higher end with a fantastic view and an outdoor diner type with great breakfasts), a pool and some shopping. And the service people who work at the Ilikai are fantastic and always pleasant. One downside may be that the Ilikai is mostly apartments and condos at this point so their nightlife and resort offerings are a bit disappointing. There is no beach-side bar and entertainment offerings are limited. But that's OK because it is right next door to the Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel which has plenty of places to go for an after dinner cocktail and plenty of entertainment. The Ilikai is also well within walking distance (or a cheap Uber ride) of the Ala Moana Shopping plaza and the Ward Village for endless shopping options.
For furnishings, this condo had one bed (King size), one couch (converts to bed) with two matching chairs and table for TV viewing area, a small dining table with two chairs. Kitchen was spacious with full size fridge, stove and plenty of storage. Bathroom was standard size with shower, hot water was never a problem. Overall a very nice feel in the room, plenty of places to sit and relax or get some work done on your laptop. The balcony also had a small outdoor dining table with (I think) two chairs and a lounge chair for catching some sun.
For our needs it was a perfect fit and I would highly recommend this unit if available.
Be aware you may wake up pretty early each day as the windows overlooking the harbor take up the entire west wall, which is a real plus except perhaps in the morning when it's a bit hard to keep all the light out. But what the heck, get up and enjoy the day, you are in paradise after all!
