  • Centrally located, comfortable apartment, gorgeous views

"My husband and I stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks. The apartment is lovely, comfortable and very centrally located. Easy access to Waikiki, the bus system and walking distance to so many places including Hilton Village. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook and a coffee machine is provided. There is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi and bbq area. Bonus was the beautiful rainbows and watching all the fireworks over Honolulu on New Years Eve from the 29th floor. Larry is a very responsive and accommodating host. He answered all my questions very quickly. My only complaint about the building was the elevators took forever to arrive and one of them was out of service. I would definitely recommend this for couples."

  • Strongly recommended

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We strongly recommend people to book this place. Below is the list of PROs and CONs list. PROs: The building is very close to the bus stop. We took the number 2 bus to go to Waikiki beach, Chinatown, Diamond Head, Farmer market. Walk about 2 or 3 blocks to Waikiki Trolley Pink Line at Gateway hotel. We rode this Trolley Pink Line to go to Ala Moana Center. This condo is clean, organized, quiet, secure, and convenience. FREE parking on the street. Laundry room is on the 5th floor. The rooms have very strong Wifi, working AC, comfortable beds and excellent view. Pretty adequate kitchen supplies: rice cooker (we loved this!!!), clean and spacious refrigerator, ice trays, clean microwave, blender, high quality knives, cutting boards, cups, ceramic bowls, plates, dishes, pots/pans. The canal is very close to the building. It's clean and relaxing, very good for morning walks or runs. 20 minutes walk to the beach, not bad for the people with strong legs. CONs: These, to us, are minor things. Door frame of the main entry door needs attention. It would be nice to add a few more kitchen appliances/ supplies, such as toaster oven for pizza and baguette sandwiches, electric vegetable chopper, can opener, more garbage bags, toilet tissues and paper towels. We definitely would come back next time and recommend this place to our friends."

  • Bright modern unit

"We enjoyed our stay in this renovated unit - although it is small and in a very dated apartment complex it is very comfortable and fresh. We loved waking up to the lovely view and enjoyed all the twinkling lights in the evenings. We needed to be in that area of Waikiki to attend a wedding and it was only a short easy walk to the places we needed. Mostly we walked through the lovely Fort DeRussy park to get to the beachfront hotels. There are supermarkets very close and many eateries. We can recommend the Thai! The small appliances made it possible to cook breakfast and the welcome pack was very 'welcome'."
