The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We rented this unit for three nights prior to our Pride of America sailing. The 15-story building is an older structure, as are most on the beach, but well maintained. It has its own 7-level parking garage, US$20 per night. The unit itself has been updated to current standards, granite in kitchen and bathroom, carpet and tile floors, stainless appliances. This unit is a 14th floor corner unit with Juliette balcony facing the marina and ocean on the end, and left-glass facing Waikiki beachfront and the man-made lagoon in front of the Hawaii Hilton Village. There are plenty of great any-price-level restaurants and shops in walking distance. For seafood lovers, we recommend the Chart House which is street level in the building (not part of the chain). There is also a food truck on the beach/lagoon that had good casual food (Gilligan's when we were there). Since we had a car, we drove one day to Pearl Harbor area and did the wonderful USS Arizona, Missouri, and Bowfin exhibits (suggest buying the Passport option in advance). Another day we drove towards Diamondhead and other coastline views, all fantastic!. But in Waikiki we walked. The unit is very clean, the management company is well organized and has plenty of pre- and even during occupancy contact, and even has an app that gives you plenty of local information. We didn't need maintenance but Mike the local maintenance engineer called to see if everything was okay, a very friendly fellow we also met on the elevator. Oh, the kicker was we ended our stay Friday night with a fireworks show courtesy of the Hilton, and could not have had better seats than this corner 14th floor unit. We highly recommend if you are interested in being in the Waikiki area, which is convenient to Honolulu and other parts of the Island."
