  • Great location. Very comfortable bed.

"The unit has 2 balconies that provide views of the ocean and the Ala Wai. Close to restaurants and easy walk to Waikiki beach, shops and hotels."

  • Nice, clean condo.

"Nice and clean condo. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that had to be fixed during our stay which was a little inconvenient, but everything else was great."

  • Clean, Quiet and Affordable

"Stayed for 5 enjoyable nights. Condo is in a quieter area along the canal, which was nice after the hustle and bustle of Waikiki all day (and night). 10 minute easy walk to the beach, 20 minutes to Ala Moana Center, and minutes to the restaurants and shopping of Kalakaua Ave. Check-in was easy. Door has remote code so don't have to bother with a key or card...very nice! Condo was a good size for two people. King size bed with very comfortable mattress. A/C was really nice to have and was very quiet, not like a noisy window unit. floor to ceiling windows with balcony, but the balcony is more for show as its not deep enough to sit out on. Partial ocean view if you are on balcony and lean over and look to left. Mainly its a city/mountain/canal view, which we thought was very nice. Condo had all of the amenities for a beach day (chairs, umbrella, mats, rolling cart) except beach towels, but you can get them at ABC or many of the shops along the beach. Building amenities were accessible to us even though we weren't booked through Wyndham, including pool, gym, free laundry, etc. ABC store is less than a block away-great for snacks and supplies. Bus stop was about a block away and the bus is a great value for getting around the island, but it does make a lot of stops. We spent most of our time in Waikiki and felt close enough to walk to everything except Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor (we took The Bus). We did rent a car for one day (808 Smart Cars was great) to circle the island, but Oahu is too much to do in one day. The owners were great throughout the process. They were very quick to respond to questions and the booking process was straight-forward. Owners even send a wealth of info prior to your trip about airport transfers, things to do, places to go, etc. All payments were through Paypal which was comforting. 24 hour building security. Just a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Would stay again on a future trip."

  • This Suite was Sweet!

"This 3 bedroom 3 bath Penthouse Unit was awesome. It is centrally located in Waikiki and walkable to everything -- restaurants, shopping and the beach. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is rare in Waikiki and all bedrooms are spread out around the living room so everyone has privacy. The furniture is exactly as depicted on the site which might appeal to some, but not all, as it is very "royal" but does fit in with the theme for the Royal Gardens. It was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The rental agent, Hazel, was amazing and answered all questions and was quite helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"
