  • Relaxing and Clean unit

"Living in Osaka, Japan now, Every year when I return home to Hawaii, I stay at the Waikiki Park Heights. I was on the 10th floor with a view of the ocean. The unit was clean and ready to move in being its fully furnished. The condo is close to the beach, convenience stores, restaurants, and Kalakaua Ave. I was happy with the customer service of Merry and Gary. I would definitely recommend this unit and building to anyone who wants to enjoy Waikiki. By the way, parking is also available, depending on availability."

  • Great View! Nice Place!

"I stayed here from 1/27/15 to 1/1/16 with my husband, my two in-laws, and my sister in-law. It was a little cramped with 5 people, the second bedroom isn't enclosed by a real wall, instead there are sliding panels, and the futon bed is not the most comfortable thing in the world - but other then that unit was pretty nice! I do echo the other reviews that say that the unit needs a little TLC in the bathrooms especially - but it was nothing too bad. There was a ton of things to use in the kitchen and the owners left us a lot of fun pool and beach things to use. We loved the view, we loved the location of the apartment. It was such a quick walk to the beach and the pool and it was great being a top of everything. The building itself had bands playing every few nights in the lobby area which was really nice. PROS: Great location. The pool and beach are right there and it's a easy drive to Pearl Harbor, Dimond head, etc. Good amount of pool equipment and kitchen equipment to use and tons of towels. CONS: You have a pay to valet park ($28 a nigh). A little cramped and the condo needs a little bit of TLC. Overall I think is a decent value for the price."

  • Amazing View!! Great place for Vacation in OAHU!

"We have a stayed for a month, me and my partner went to Oahu to Surf with SUPs. The location is perfect for it. The description and photos of the advertise are accurate, the apartment has a great view, easy to clean, and properly maintained. We didn't have any issue along the month. The building manager John and his partner gave us all the time a great attention to our needs. I probably go back next year and for sure will recommend this apt to everyone willing to go to Hawaii. We didn't rent a car, we bought two bicycles in less than 200 usd for both and went everywhere with them, easy to park anywhere. The building is close to everything. Waikiki is just 5 min walk. You have lots of restaurants, groceries stores, shopping, and also the building has a restaurant below (Michels) another in Otani hotel next to it, and if you get a pass, there is also a Canoe Club with a restaurant on the right. For SURE this offer is much more attractive than any hotel. You feel at home, you can cook what you like. If you don't like cleaning, you can contract a maid service. And for laundry the building has machines that cost 2.50 usd to wash and dry. The temperature is 26 Celsius degrees all day long. Mahalo!"

  • Great Vacation

"Unit 200 was a great vacation condo. Plenty of room for my family of 4. The ocean view is beautiful. The condo is decorated nicely and well equipped. This is the 2nd time we rented from Jeff and he is always responsive and a pleasure to work with."
