  • Just Amazing!

"My husband and I stayed at the Pink Plumeria for the month of March 2016. We have spent a month in Honolulu for the past 4 years and of all the places we have stayed, this has been our favourite. First of all, Erica is amazing. She was very patient and accommodating when our dates changed not once but twice! The condo is exactly as advertised. It was very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking some breakfasts and dinners, as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. The bed and all furniture was very comfortable. The keyless entry is brilliant! Loved not having to worry about losing keys. The condo is in the BEST location as far as I am concerned. We so enjoyed running in Ala Moana Park and also along the Canal. Just a quick jaunt to the beach, or to the mall, and an awesome little local grocery store only blocks away. The building seems very secure and we felt extremely safe. It was very quiet on our floor and never heard a peep from the other units. As the unit is located above the (awesome) Charthouse, you did get some noise from the live music however it always ended promptly at 10pm. We used the sliding door to close off the bedroom at night and were not bothered by street noise at all. We did not have a vehicle but I can see how this would be a very convenient unit if you did. I would highly recommend this property not only for its amazing location but for its comfort, cleanliness and awesome owners. We will definitely attempt to book this place the next time we come to Honolulu."

  • Lovely 2 bedroom condominium right on Waikiki beach!

"The condo unit was very nice! Not only was the condo great, with nice amenities and a wonderful view, but the host, Trieu, was an absolutely fantastic host! He greeted us when we arrived and gave us a detailed introduction to the condo unit, the building and the surrounding area. He was extremely considerate and made us feel very welcome! He provided a variety of refreshments, including a Kuerig coffee maker with coffee pods, and also an assortment of beverages and tasty snacks. Unexpected but greatly appreciated! There is also a parking garage under the condo with a reserved space, which was nice. The property is right on the beach. There are numerous great restaurants an easy walk away, such as Roy's and Ruth's Chris, and other more casual restaurants. The Outrigger Hotel next door has restaurants overlooking Waikiki beach also. Although we didn't avail ourselves of them, it looked like there were surfboard and other water activity rentals available. Even though you are in the heart of downtown Honolulu, the road noise wasn't bad and there is virtually no honking in the city, as in New York and D.C., for example. It was very safe, with families and other tourists enjoying the city at night. There is an ABC store, also a short walk away, where you can get groceries and other supplies, including many fresh foods, as well as wine and liquor. We rented a car, so we didn't use any public transportation, but bus service seemed readily available. We didn't need Uber or Lyft, so I'm not sure of their availability. A GPS or Apple/Google maps was a must when driving. Definitely!!! I went scuba diving, which left from a nearby marina. They took us a few hundred yards offshore, and the diving was OK. Visibility was good. Lots of reefs (of course), but a moderate amount of damage to the reefs also, probably from being right out from the marina. However it was still enjoyable and I saw many fish and two juvenile white tipped sharks (no threat at all). Also saw a Green Moray Eel and a Spotted Moray Eel. Depth was @45 feet. There are also deeper dives on wrecks available, but I just did the one 2 tank reef dive. Hanauma Bay is a short drive away, which offers great snorkeling. We drove around the island and enjoyed the diversity of the island. It is quite diverse! Anyway, I can't over emphasize what a nice person and great host Trieu was! Highly recommended!!!"

  • Great location for exploring Waikiki!

"Located directly east of the new Ritz Carlton Residences (this is what you'll see from the windows), Four Paddle is in a perfect location to explore Waikiki. Building has security and gated garage parking spot, plus guest parking access (up to 6 hours) for visiting friends. 10-15 minute walk to closest beach (by Hale Koa), 5-10 minutes to main shopping and restaurant area, 25-30 minutes (1 mile) to the Honolulu Zoo. We walked everywhere! Apartment has a queen bed with up-to-date linens as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. An empty 6-drawer dresser, closet, and shelves in the bathroom give plenty of room to store your things. Kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher was appointed with plenty plates and utensils for our party of 3. Washer-dryer worked well, just bring your own detergent. All cleaning supplies we needed were provided. Minor trouble with the keys upon arrival was handled swiftly by the owners, even at our very late arrival time, which was appreciated as we were traveling with a toddler. Thank you for a great stay!"
