  • Condo Hawaiian Monarch with Canal View

"Hotel was old and I read prior to stay it was. The condo was clean with fresh linen and newer bath towels. Nice to have full refrigerator, m/w and coffee maker. The set up to check in was not great. There was only one room key and the key didn't work in the elevator or room. Pierce (Security Guard) went above his job and helped us out by calling to get information for our stay since he didn't have record of it. Vicky gave him ok to reactivate our key. We enjoyed our stay in Honolulu and visiting Hawaii. Beautiful. We spent our days outdoors and enjoyed the bar under the hotel. Great pizza and chicken wings! I would stay here again."

  • Location! Location! Location!

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property should have six stars. The view and the location are outstanding. The furnishings and decor are well done, with a recent remodel. There were several nagging maintenance issues that detracted, so I knocked it down to four stars. The smoke detector was hanging open and missing a battery, the key to the safe was missing, a few of the window mechanisms were broken, the vertices blinds had missing slats, and there were loose broken tiles in the kitchen. The manager was difficult to get hold of, but eventually they sent a maintainence guy, who fixed the smoke detector and found a spare safe key. I would still give this five stars, but the broken/missing items were so obvious that there is no reason they weren't taken care of."

  • The Foster Tower is a well established property in the heart of Waikiki.

"The property consists of owners, long term leasors and holiday renters staying a month or more in duration. It has 24 hour "live" security as well as resident maintenance and property management. The street level is leased to the Cheeseburger in Paradise Restaurant with a busy clientele from breakfast at 7am till close at 11pm. Our unit was very comfortable and we'll equipped, from kitchen utensils and dishes to pots and pans. Although the bed is only a queen ( smaller than we are used to ) it was comfortable and we slept well every night. The owner is polite and accommodating, something we greatly appreciate, and the manager Vicki very responsive and helpful. We will return to this property in the future."

  • Very comfortable accommodations

"This was my first visit to Waikiki and I picked a really great place to stay. The accommodations were quite nice, the bed comfortable, and the view to the ocean from the lanai quite pleasing. The kitchen was outfitted well with everything one needs to prepare meals. While on Waikiki Beach, Ilikai Hotel (where the studio is located) is at the north end so is away from all of the hustle and bustle. But it is also close enough so one can easily walk to plenty of restaurants and shopping."
