  • Excellent

"We had an amazing holiday. We were 4 (3 adults and 1 baby) staying in this beautiful apartment. The king size bed is huge and comfortable (we were 3 sleeping in the bed : 2 adults and 1 baby) The sofa bed was also comfortable for our 18 years old daughter. The apartment was clean and beautiful. We felt lucky to have chosen that apartment with that so beautiful view. No need to go down to watch the fireworks on friday night. The best view was from our balcony. Thank you very much Cindy! We had an amazing stay in your apartment and lots of good souvenirs. We'll come again for sure. Merci"

  • Right on the water with panoramic views.

"Right on the water with panoramic views. The building has a roof top pool with an ocean view.   There is a full sized kitchen with a stove and oven, and a full sized refrigerator. The two futons are inner spring and just as comfortable as a regular bed. We liked the two dining options, you can eat at the dining table out doors, or in the dining room, both are nice, with views of the beach and up and down the coast. You can also see Diamond Head."

  • A nice stay

"Overall, our stay was nice. We had a few kinks, but not terrible. We would still come back and stay again. Found a few normal wear and tear on the place. Unfortunately found out, the fire alarm in the building goes off when someone is cooking and sets off the smoke alarm in their complex. Oops! Both times happened at night when we were sleeping. Scared the daylights out of us and the kids. The building's water got shut off for the first half of the day for two days, they had to fix some leaks in other condos. They worked fast and were very nice. We weren't caught off guard by it and they gave everyone enough notice to get extra water and hygiene taken care of before the shut down. The manager of the building was nice, along with all the other residents. They would give us local suggestions on what to try and where to go. Loved that! We also really liked the owner and her assistant. All were amazing! Anna's place is a perfect spot and has an outstanding view. We would definitely come back and stay here again."

  • Worth The Stay

"I stayed at this property in July 2016. Both Candace and Janice were very nice and easy to work with. The property was a nice short walk to the beach and shops. 3 of us stayed in the apartment. We we're very happy with the place only a few minor "complaints". There is no AC in the smaller bedroom with the 2 twin beds ... which was like a sauna sleeping in there and we were scared to open the window after Janice telling us how we had to be careful because the windows could fall out ... therefore that bedroom wasn't utilized and our 3rd person had to sleep on the couch in the living room. The AC in the bigger bedroom works great for the big bedroom and living room, but the rest of the apartment (bathroom, small bedroom, kitchen area) was hot. Also the bathroom in the master bedroom was a sliding wooden door that I'm very scared if an older lady or kid went into that bathroom and shut the door they wouldn't be able to get out. I was stuck in there my first day and thank God my boyfriend was able to wiggle the door from the other side to get me out. We figured out a way to lift and push the door while opening and closing, but it definitely needs to be fixed so someone doesn't get locked in there (I will e-mail Candace to recommend this). The apartment was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach supplies etc. which was very nice. I wouldn't recommend using the beach umbrella's they were all pretty old looking and we tried one of them which just kept blowing inside out so we paid for the umbrella's they rent on the beach instead. But their were 2 nice chairs, a boogie board and some pool floats. We actually were given 2 more nice pool floats from someone on the beach, we left at the apartment, hopefully future guests could enjoy them. I agree the hallway and elevator was musty and hot with no air flow, but all in all I would def. rent this place again. I really enjoyed my time there and Candace made it possible by providing us with an affordable apartment. Oh and as for the parking spot, yes it was tight but we rented a jeep wrangler for the week and it fit fine. You do have to know how to maneuver it into the spot good, but I wouldn't necessarily complain about that space (hey it's free parking). The apartment was clean and spacious and I would recommend this place for sure. Thank you so much Candace and Janice for making our stay enjoyable ... I will definitely call you again next time I go visit my sister in Hawaii :)"
