  • Perfect

"We had an amazing stay at Tracy's condo. She has literally thought of everything in this condo. Drinks in the fridge, snorkel gear, beach chairs, sun screen, long distance calling... you name it, she has it there. This really saves allot of money considering things like renting snorkel gear cost $10 a person. The internet worked flawlessly (this is one of my pet peeves on vacation). There is a great balcony that has two chairs and a table that is surrounded by bamboo and palm trees - an amazing place to have coffee. The grounds around the condo are incredibly maintained. There are flowers, fruit trees and other tropical plants everywhere. There are crews there all the time maintaining everything and it really shows. There is allot to do here even within a 10 minute drive from the condo. Traffic seems to get really bad coming in and out of Honolulu during peak commuting times, but it is easily avoidable if you plan your days around it. Nothing but good things to say about this place! Incredible value! Thank you Tracey!"

  • Exactly as advertised

"It is rare to walk into a a holiday vacation rental and find that the view is EXACTLY as described and that there has been absolutely no creative photography. If anything, the beach was better than described.....during our stay I don't think there were ever more than 50 people on the entire beach. Gail's "guidance" was very helpful as to shopping. It's a shame that there isn't a good bar or restaurant closer than Ko'olina but Gail can't control that!"

  • We very much enjoyed our stay in the condo.

"It is located on a beautiful beach that was never crowded. The condo has all of the necessary furnishings. The sound of the crashing waves was very relaxing. We ate our meals on the balcony enjoying the ocean and view. The condo complex is gated and felt very safe. Groceries and good restaurants were close by. We especially enjoyed the shrimp burgers at Da Crawfish & Crab Shack. Other than some roosters that lived across the street and loved to crow (which the ocean drowned out in the bedroom), everything was delightful. Be aware, there are two lock boxes (where you pick up your keys) with the same name on them. One is old and confused us for a while until we found the new one with the keys in it. I would definitely recommend condo B815. Chuck, Karen, Noel & Rachel"

  • True Paradise

"My first 2 trips to Hawaii, stayed in Wakiki. Third trip I stayed at this property. Was planning my fourth trip and couldn't believe my good fortune that the only weeks this property was available were the weeks I would be there. I immediately rented the property. Why? Price can't be beat for a 3 bedroom ocean front house. As nice as the house is, the lanai and yard are even better. Beautiful landscaping, plush grass, lanai with comfortable furniture. The property is also fenced in should you have little ones. I've stayed in condos in Florida and couldn't hear the waves-didn't feel safe with just a locked screen door. This house you can lock the doors and safely open the windows to hear the waves and birds. Everything you need is there-every kind of water toy you can imagine. Games should you have a rainy day, however the house is located on the drier side of the island. Tom is wonderful to work with. Quick response when I texted with a question. He greets you upon arrival and explains and tells you everything you need to know. The only downside is you are about 45-60 minutes from Honolulu depending on traffic. We didn't mind, much of the highway is coastal so it is a pretty drive. If you are going to Hawaii to constantly be touring and/or clubbing, this may not be the place for you. If you are going to Hawaii to appreciate the culture, go to nice uncrowded beaches, ocean at your feet, relax and spend quality time with your friends or family you need to rent this property. If I ever have a fifth trip to Hawaii, I hope this property will be available!"
