  • Aloha and ThankYou

"Aloha Terri, I wanted to thank you for having the air conditioner for us and providing everything we could need for our stay in your unit. Everything was clean and the kitchen was the nicest I have ever seen in a rental. It was all greatly appreciated."

  • Beautiful and comfortable! Best deal on the island!

"There were 5 of us total. 2 adults and 3 kids, ages 5, 12, and 14. We fit here COMFORTABLY! It was very spacious and warm. We ate every meal standing around the kitchen's island, laughing, singing, enjoying our vacation. The lanai is quite and peaceful as it overlooked the "quiet" pool. The booking process through the owner was seamless and secure. Patrick, our host, welcomed us to the condo, showed us around the property, as well as the unit. The unit has a stackable washer and dryer so we only brought about 5 days worth of clothes for our 10 day stay. Plenty of dishes to use, very nice appliances, and a closet FULL of all beach/pool toys you could need. Umbrella, floats, boogie boards, noodles, etc. We even ended up leaving one of our donut floats just so we could pack a bit less for the return trip. We debated on whether or not to rent a vehicle. We ended up renting one, which was perfect because we made several trips to the grocery store and we were able to prepare meals instead of eating out all of the time. There isn't a single thing I would change about our stay. It was perfect and we plan to stay here again sometime."

  • Excellent property and vacation spot

"The Ko Olina Beach Villas is an exceptional beach side property at the Ko Olina lagoons located beside a number of high-end resorts on Oahu's west-shores near the town of Kapolei (about 30 mins drive from Waikiki). We have visited Beach Villas in the past but this is the first time I have stayed at this unit. The property is located right beside lagoon 2, which has a spectacular beach setting. The waters are clam due to rock wall and the beach is typically crowd free. Next door Disney, Four Seasons and Marriott have separate lagoons which have a lot more visitors and the hustle and bustle of your typical beach resort. I viewed the other properties, the units available, and the amenities and I prefer the privacy and exclusiveness of Beach Villas. If you want peace and quiet, away from the crowds of Waikiki I would consider this area. The condo is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a beautiful open floor plan living room and kitchen the walks out into a patio. It is one of the best accommodations in my humble opinion of any property I have seen in Oahu in terms of location / building amenities / proximity to the beach / and price. The property has two swimming pools, one of which I really enjoyed with my daughter who is learning how to swim. Look at the property pictures and you will see the pools and proximity to the beach. Couple of minor complaints (but just being real picky at this point): 1. Wish the unit had Apple TV - cheap addition does wonders 2. One of the two parking spots was a bit small, not the best spot for a larger SUV In summary, this unit is a value unit at Beach Villas (compared to the units with a better view) and is definitely a place I would recommend or stay at again. The owner easy to work with and contact."

  • Great location, family friendly!

"We stayed at this property the week of July 4, 2016 and it was the perfect place for our small family! We travelled with a 21 month old and the condo fit all our needs. Only a short walk to the supermarket, to the zoo, the beach and main shopping areas of Waikiki, but removed enough that it was on a quieter street. It has a wonderful west facing view of the canal and all the amenities we needed! We would definitely return and the management is extremely friendly and helpful. Pros: - The small kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and has everything you need. - In-suite laundry was one of best conveniences (i.e. allowed us to pack light and utilise cloth diapering for our son). - Huge bedroom and king bed with lots of room to spare, and large closet space. - Decent sized living/eating area, but would be tight with 4 adults. - Great restaurants and take-out steps away (Marukame Udon). - Rooftop deck and pool were great, with views of the ocean. Cons: - Older complex, but well maintained. - Scary outdoor walkway to get to the unit on the 15th floor - not for anyone afraid of heights! - Though the unit has been updated (new counters, etc.) and is very clean, but could use a bit more work. - A/C units are great, but a bit noisy. Tips: - Bring your soap/shampoo/conditioner/laundry detergent - Supply your own beach mats and towels"
