  • Clean and Comfortable

"We had an excellent time in Kamalani's Hale! It was wonderful to hear the sound of the ocean as we were drifting off to sleep. The house was very comfortable for our family of 4 and Sissy and Darla were both very accommodating and helpful. We ate dinner almost every night outdoors in the pavilion and one morning during our daily walk on the beach, we were lucky enough to see a monk seal napping in the sand. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a beach getaway."

  • Great choice and very good price! Great location to swim with turtles and snorkeling

"Property is just as described! Clean, functional, everything worked perfectly. Location is very good. Beach is two blocks away and when we went on February there were plenty of turtles, we snorkeled..... it was really nice! No need of air conditioner at all on Feb. There is a little park just beside the beach so kids spent some time there too. Beach is nice and pretty quiet for North shore, our kids (from 6,7,9 and 11) enjoyed a lot!!! Wayne was always available and helpful. He has a folder in the property with plenty of useful information. Thanks Wayne! Best area of the house is the lanai, we had breakfast and dinner there everyday!. BBQ worked perfectly and we enjoyed the nice breeze at night. Property has a nice garden with a hose outside, great to get rid of the sand before going inside the house. We'd recommend this property and would go there again."

  • Great home in a spectacular setting!

"We recently spent a week at this home for a combination family reunion/vacation (and a memorial service for a recently lost uncle). There were 10 of us total, and this home away from home proved to be a great fit. While we were not surfers, we did enjoy watching those take on the enormous surf! It made for some great pictures and memories. The location is incredible, and views could not be beat. We used the setting sun and pounding surf as a great backdrop to some awesome family photos. The house had plenty of room for us and provided all we needed for a great vacation. Pros: Location, location, location! (Easy drive to Haleiwa, Turtle Bay, food trucks, snorkeling swimming spots) Incredible surf (lucky timing) but can't be underestimated -15'-18' waves! Outdoor hot shower Plenty of beds Spectacular sunsets Clean Good Wi-Fi Cons: Knives could be sharpened a little, and kitchen could use a few more pots and pans if you plan on cooking for a big group...(,that's all I've got:) Overall: Would not hesitate in renting this home again! We had a fantastic time re-connecting with immediate and extended family in this great home. Played a few rounds of golf, swam/snorkeled nearby, rode bikes, got mildly sunburned, found plenty of plate lunches, had a few mai-tai's and gained a few pounds, all the makings of a great vacation! Craig could not have been easier to work with and took good care of us! Mahalo Craig, appreciate the stay and the Hawaiian Hospitality!"

  • Blue Hawaii

"Affordable, comfortable, perfect location, literally less than a mile from the beach. The salt-water swimming pool was refreshing, warm, and clean. The feel of the property was like being in a resort. This is “Old Country Hawaii”. It does not get any better."
